This disclosure describes two related technical methods for artificial intelligence (AI) incident response. The first method captures a defined set of data fields at each model inference event, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) context where applicable, and writes the resulting record to append-only storage with a cryptographic hash chain linking each record to its predecessor, producing a tamper-evident forensic log. Non-terrestrial network (NTN) technology can provide ubiquitous coverage in fifth generation (5G) advanced and sixth generation (6G) networks. Proposed herein is an enhanced regenerative NTN architecture in which radio access network (RAN) and Access and Mobility Management Functions (AMFs) are hosted in satellite instances, while selected 5G core (5GC) functions remain on the ground. The proposed architecture supports seamless mobility as user equipment (UE) transitions from an outgoing satellite coverage area to an incoming satellite coverage area. The Helical Transmutation Manifest: A Field Theory Of 2d Membrane Information Substruction, Coordinate Z-Axis Mapping, And Thermal Phase Space Dynamics, Christopher L. Eckes

This paper presents a novel, non-perturbative topological field theory that unifies quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and gravitation by redefining physical matter as emergent geometric structures from a lower-dimensional informational substrate. We postulate that the universe's fundamental baseline is a two-sided, non-orientable 2D informational membrane situated at the boundary z = 0. Using a newly defined Helical Transmutation Operator (\(\^{\mathcal{T}}\)), flat, complex probability densities are projected into a 3D+ runtime environment as continuous physical trajectories exhibiting helical geometries. A taxonomy of situational context modifiers, specific to AI-security attack vectors rather than generic deployment characteristics, for use in adjusting AI incident severity scores. Each context modifier represents a distinct, named AI-security attack pattern (model/training-data compromise, retrieval-augmented-generation data exfiltration, prompt-based instruction override, unauthorized agent/privilege escalation, broader multi-agent escalation risk, and generic adversarial input absent a specific identified vector), each assigned a fixed base value reflecting its relative severity contribution and a per-factor cap preventing any single context from contributing beyond a defined ceiling regardless of its base value. A method for deduplicating AI security incident records using a deterministic, environment-salted cryptographic hash (HMAC-SHA256) computed over incident-identifying fields, stored as a mandatory, schema-validated field on every incident record within a layered incident-classification architecture. The architecture further defines a distinct classification layer that separates the recording of acute (immediate-impact) harm from chronic (long-term, systemically-accumulating) harm as parallel fields on the same incident record — including a longitudinal harm-accumulation indicator and a trust-erosion tracking field — rather than treating chronic harm as a special case requiring a separate deduplication or merge decision. Vitamin D deficiency is a widespread public health concern, necessitating a clear understanding of knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) among populations. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess Libyan citizens' knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) regarding vitamin D in the western region of Libya. This study was carried out between June and September of 2021. A questionnaire was distributed across the study area and the complete responses were 314, with 62.7% were females and 37.3% were males.
