China's coal petrology commenced nearly a century ago, having progressively evolved into a key field serving the national energy strategy from the early-stage component identification and genetic investigation of coals. Objective Design optimization for gas reservoir development serves as a key approach to the efficient exploitation, enhanced primary recovery, and elevated efficiency with reduced costs of deep coalbed methane (CBM). Methods In this study, the most extensively developed Ordos Basin in China was investigated as an example to explore the significant heterogeneity of the geological conditions of deep coal seams. Background Brunt rocks are widely distributed in the Yushenfu mining area, predominantly occurring along rivers and gullies. These rocks are characterized by well-developed pores and fractures and weak to extremely strong water-yielding capacity, posing serious threats to roadway tunneling and mining for coal in the same layer or underlying them. Breast cancer (BC) remains a leading cause of cancer-related mortality in women worldwide. Scutellaria barbata, a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, possesses recognized anticancer properties, but its mechanistic role in BC is not fully elucidated. This study employed an integrated in silico approach to identify the key flavonoids, targets, and pathways through which S. barbata exerts its anti-BC effects. A multi-step computational methodology incorporating network pharmacology, molecular docking, and dynamics simulations was utilized to profile bioactive compounds from S. barbata. Brain tumor MRI classification is an important medical-imaging task because MRI scans contain complex anatomical patterns that can be time consuming to interpret manually. This study evaluates whether a pre-trained Vision Transformer can classify brain tumor MRI images consistently across datasets with different class structures. Three publicly available Kaggle datasets were used: Nickparvar, Br35H, and Figshare. Nickparvar and Figshare were treated as multi-class classification tasks, while Br35H was treated as a binary tumor/no-tumor task. Background: Extant approaches to close the gap between implementation evidence and practice have been unsuccessful due in part to overreliance on researcher engagement. In practice, change is often driven by mid-level managers. We developed Context-Driven Co-Design (CD2) to equip mid-level managers with a theory- and evidence-based approach to implementation planning.

Methods: We used a two-pronged design. First, we engaged six established implementation researchers in a modified Delphi process, involving two hour-long meetings and asynchronous feedback to develop and refine a CD2 prototype. Applying insights from the theory of collective action in self-governance, this paper addresses how a city-sanctioned homeless camp has successfully self-governed for over two decades. Based on a club goods model and democratic practices, this tent city attains social order and provides numerous collective benefits to its residents, who initially bring very little capital to the camp. The development of advanced high-strength steels (AHSS) for the automotive industry requires optimizing the balance between mechanical properties and durability in aggressive environments. This study investigates the effects of two heat treatment routes on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of a transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) steel (Fe-0.2C-1.75Mn-0.5Si-1Al). Route A includes a full austenitizing step at 1000 °C prior to intercritical annealing, whereas Route B omits this step and begins directly with intercritical annealing at 800 °C. Microstructural characterization (SEM/XRD), electrochemical assays, and eddy current tests were employed. The South African Anti-Apartheid Movement and the American Civil Rights Movement are two of the most well-known examples of racial liberation movements, but there are few scholarly works that offer comparisons between the two. Background Behavioural activation is effective for depression, but its effectiveness in treating adults with depression when delivered by lay workers remains unclear. Aims To examine the effectiveness of behavioural activation delivered by lay workers, compared with any control group, in reducing depressive symptoms in adults. Method This systematic review searched six databases from inception to January 2025, for randomised controlled trials (RCTs) comparing behavioural activation and any control conditions for individuals with depression when delivered by lay workers. While prairie dogs are an important species in the region because their burrows provide shelter for many wildlife species, they are also preyed upon by many mammals and birds. However, because of the damage they can cause to cropping and range systems, their populations may occasionally need to be controlled. After you have identified which prairie dog species you are in conflict with and the scope of the damage, you will want to decide how to manage them. This fact sheet provides information on control options and the general ecology of the three prairie dog species in Utah.
