The study aimed to identify effective leadership styles that enhance school happiness among male and female teachers in general education schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, adopting a qualitative approach based on grounded theory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with a purposive sample of 45 teachers, ensuring diversity in educational stage and years of experience, during the first semester of the academic year 1447/2025. The data were analyzed using MAXQDA software following the procedures of open, axial, and selective coding. PURPOSE: To provide a descriptive summary and to quantitatively examine racial and ethnic disparities in the use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) among people living with diabetes in the United States.

RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS: We followed the Cochrane and PRISMA guidelines (PROSPERO: CRD420251124678). Search was conducted on PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane up to August 2025. In this paper, a linear programming framework with completely uncertain parameters is investigated by employing trapezoidal spherical fuzzy numbers (TrSFNs). The proposed formulation incorporates a spherical fuzzy (SF) decision environment in which the optimization process simultaneously maximizes the degree of positive membership while minimizing the corresponding neutral and negative membership degrees. In this case, the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid, leading to the overproduction of thyroid hormones. The most common result of Graves' disease is an overactive thyroid gland, which produces an excess of thyroid hormones (thyroxine or T4 and triiodothyronine or T3). While existing scholarship has examined these factors extensively, limited attention has been devoted to explaining why women’s political participation varies across states with broadly similar socio-cultural and religious contexts. This study addresses this gap through a qualitative comparative analysis of Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, and Iran. This study investigates the strategic dilemma faced by banking institutions in allocating resources between digital and conventional customer acquisition channels. Using a unique panel dataset from 38 Islamic bank branches, we analyze the comparative effectiveness of digital (Online Onboarding) and conventional (Payroll and Branch Registration) strategies on branch-level financial performance. Our findings reveal a significant efficiency-profitability paradox: a digital-dominant strategic orientation is associated with superior operational efficiency but does not translate into higher profitability. Furthermore, our analysis uncovers a critical nuance in conventional strategies through the discovery of inconsistent mediation: the institutional Payroll channel, while directly boosting margins, simultaneously erodes …

This qualitative study examines religious trauma experiences among Santri in a modern Indonesian pesantren, focusing on how teachers weaponize Qur'anic verses and hadiths as tools of symbolic violence. Data were collected through semi structured interviews with five Santri and alumni from Bumi Shalawat Islamic Boarding School, a pseudonym. Findings reveal that selective quotation, decontextualization, and threat based hermeneutics, which I term scriptural violence, are systematically used to enforce conformity, suppress doubt, and induce shame. This scriptural violence operates through three mechanisms. Theological gaslighting denies Santri's interpretive agency. Eschatological blackmail threatens divine punishment. Prophetic proof texting misuses hadiths to legitimize authoritarian …

Introduction: Healthcare professionals often implement quality improvement (QI) initiatives but lack training to implement and sustain QI initiatives. Leading Healthcare Improvement (LHI) is a course that combines principles from change management, team science, and leadership effectiveness into an implementation strategy to enable clinicians to lead sustainable change.

Methods: LHI is a 6-session, 4-month interactive training. Learners work on an active QI project throughout the course. A Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted to evaluate pre- and post-course changes in learners' self-reported confidence across five QI competencies.

Sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma (SNSCC) comprises a heterogeneous group of tumors with emerging molecular subtypes. Human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated SNSCC is a distinct entity, although actionable genomic alterations beyond HPV-driven pathways remain underexplored. Distinguishing HPV-associated SNSCC from carcinoma ex inverted papilloma can be particularly challenging in limited biopsy specimens, as these lesions may appear morphologically similar. We report a case of HPV-associated SNSCC with concurrent FGFR3::TACC3 fusion and NOTCH1 p.C1416 stop-gain mutation.

Intraductal carcinoma (IDC) of the salivary gland is an uncommon epithelial neoplasm characterized by a predominantly intraductal or intracystic proliferation rimmed by a myoepithelial cell layer. Advances in molecular profiling have revealed recurrent gene fusions in IDC, most frequently involving RET, although fusions implicating other kinase genes have also been described. Among these, ALK rearrangements are rare and remain poorly characterized. Herein, we report a case of oncocytic IDC of the parotid gland harboring a STRN::ALK fusion, further expanding the molecular landscape of this tumor. Background: The preferred treatment for hypogonadism, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), has a varying efficacy that is currently not fully understood. This observation may be explained by polymorphism of the androgen receptor (AR), a ligand-binding transcription factor whose polyglutamine tract length affects various health conditions and androgen sensitivity. It has been theorized that this polymorphism may also affect the severity of hypogonadism. This study sought to determine a correlation between hypogonadism severity, TRT efficacy, and number of CAG trinucleotide repeats in the AR gene.

To represent hierarchical and multi-layer structure, SuperHyperGraphs iterate the powerset operation so that set-valued entities created at one level can be treated as vertices at higher levels.
