This study analyzes the relationship between National Health Insurance (JKN) ownership and mothers choosing childbirth facilities in NTT. This study employs a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS), which was conducted from October to November 2024. One of the main challenges this population faces is the high burden of health expenditures, particularly those that are urgent and unpredictable. This study aims to analyze the influence of socioeconomic status on out-of-pocket (OOP) health expenditures among households with persons with disabilities in Indonesia. However, the role of SAS within the causal pathway linking BMI to chronic pain remains unconfirmed. Purpose: SWOG S1609 Dual Anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-1 blockade in Rare Tumors (DART) studied the efficacy of ipilimumab combined with nivolumab across multiple rare tumor types. We report the results of the pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (PNEN) cohort.

Experimental design: Treatment consisted of ipilimumab 1 mg/kg intravenously every 6 weeks with nivolumab 240 mg intravenously every 2 weeks. The primary endpoint was overall response rate (ORR) (Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid TumorsRECIST V.1.1). This paper examines the impact of institutional quality on public debt dynamics in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) from 2010 to 2023. Using the system Generalized Method of Moments (GMM)estimator, the study investigates how key governance dimensions (control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability, regulatory quality, rule of law, and voice and accountability) affect public debt dynamics across 41 SSA countries. GDP growth, debt servicing, population growth, trade openness, inflation, unemployment, and government expenditure, are used to capture broader debt drivers. The results indicate that a one-unit improvement in overall institutional quality reduces debt-to-GDP ratio by approximately 0.92%. Control of corruption, government …

Organelle dynamics lie at the heart of cellular signaling and metabolic regulation, orchestrating physiological processes such as reproduction and aging across the lifespan. In this dissertation, I investigate how organelle-based signaling coordinates sperm activation and modulates organismal aging in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. I identify SPIN-4, a previously uncharacterized Spinster family transporter, as a key regulator of spermiogenesis. SPIN-4 is strongly expressed in developing sperm, localizes to the plasma membrane, and promotes sperm activation by facilitating the export of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P). In order to increase the total refractive index of the lens, silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nanoparticles with an average diameter of 30 nm were added. The PMMA has been supplemented with concentrations of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, and 0.5% of SiO₂ nanoparticles. This research examines the paradoxical relationship between the destruction of religious buildings in Ukraine during the Russian invasion and the effectiveness of Russian propaganda narratives. Using a mixed-methods approach combining statistical data, sociological surveys, and document analysis, we investigate how the systematic targeting of Ukrainian religious sites by Russian forces has produced effects contrary to those likely intended. The research reveals that instead of undermining Ukrainian national identity, the destruction of churches and other religious buildings has catalyzed profound transformations in Ukraine's religious landscape, accelerated the transition of parishes from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) to the Orthodox Church …

It is well-known that verbs of motion (VoM) are quite challenging for Russian language learners. We analyze four VoM-specific pedagogical materials (three textbooks and one mobile application) for their usefulness in supporting second language acquisition and the development of new thinking-for-speaking (TFS) patterns in beginner-level Russian language learners. Focusing on directionality, scaffolding, comprehensible input, the use of visuals, and communicative activities, we highlight how these materials lay a foundation for understanding VoM but are not sufficient for helping learners fully develop new TFS patterns.
