This research aims to explore how economic, social, psychological, and training and development factors influence employee turnover intentions in five-star Malaysian hotels. Data was collected through questionnaires and distributed to 120 employees using convenience sampling, and SPSS was used to perform the data analysis. In Malaysia, where increasing insurance uptake is a national priority, this study examines how education and socioeconomic factors influence financial concerns. Initial reports suggested strong associations between ZIKV and congenital malformations, but plausible estimates of causal effects from prospective studies with adequate sample size and covariate data were few.

We aimed to identify predictors of perceived HIV stigma (PHS) among a sample of PWID from 23 U.S. cities.

Methods: We analyzed the 2018 National HIV Behavioral Surveillance data on PWID aged ≥ 18 years. In studies of individuals of primarily European genetic ancestry, common and low-frequency variants and rare coding variants have been found to be associated with the risk of bipolar disorder (BD) and schizophrenia (SZ). However, less is known for individuals of other genetic ancestries or the role of rare non-coding variants in BD and SZ risk. This study examines the role of the Gawang Angklung (Galung) application, a visual-based digital tool integrating traditional angklung music with interactive visual cues, in supporting inclusive music education for deaf learners. Designed to bridge the gap between sound-based musical instruction and the learning needs of students with hearing impairments, Galung enables ensemble participation through synchronized visual signals. Using a convergent mixed-methods design, data were collected from 24 deaf students, four music educators, and two application developers through interviews, classroom observations, and questionnaires. Quantitative results showed significant improvements in rhythmic accuracy (p < .01) and tempo recognition, while qualitative analysis revealed increased motivation, collaborative engagement, and communicative confidence.
