Aim: to study the effectiveness of minimally invasive endovascular methods in the treatment of diabetic gangrene of the lower extremities, depending on the risk of loss of the limb. Material and methods: the results of the study and inpatient treatment of 323 patients for 2012-2018 were analyzed. with surgical complications of DFS in the Republican center of purulent surgery and surgical complications of diabetes at the 2nd clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy. The article is devoted to the assessment of the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis of the liver after portosystemic shunting. To assess the quality of life, a special questionnaire was used for patients with chronic liver diseases - The Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire. Also in our study we applied visual analogue scales. The analysis of the quality of life was performed in 490 patients with cirrhosis of the liver after portosystemic shunting. Effects Of Diterpene Alkaloids Zongorin And 1–O–Benzoylnapellin Onсоntractile Activity Of Rat Aorta Smooth Muscle, A.T. Yesimbetov

Aim: The effects of diterpene alkaloid zongorin and 1–O– benzoylnapellin on contractile activity of rat aorta smooth muscle were investigated. Material and methods: Contractile activity of rat aortic smooth muscle, precontracted with high KCl and phenylephrine, was evaluated by mechanographic technique using isometric force transducer FT–03(Grass–Telefactor, USA). Results: Both alkaloids in dose–dependent manner inhibited aortic rings contraction induced by 50 mMKCl. These effects of zongorin and 1–O–benzoylnapellinwere significantly reduced in the absence of extracellular Ca2+ or in the presence of verapamil, which more potently inhibited the effect of zongorin. This article assesses the state of the problem of lipid peroxidation. Free radical processes are highly reactive, and are essential components of the normal functioning of cells. Hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, superoxide radicals and singlet oxygen are known. The formation of the radical anion of oxygen and hydrogen peroxide leads to a "respiratory explosion" (an increase in the consumption of oxygen by neutrophils, macrophages, etc.). In peroxisome oxidase, oxygen is reduced to hydrogen peroxide (urotoxicity, glycolate oxidase, L-amino acid oxidase). These radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) have a bactericidal effect.

Aim: to optimize a tactics of endoscopic surgery for staghorn nephrolithiasis and increase a treatment efficacy of nephrolithiasis. Materials and methods: 158 patients with staghorn nephrolithiasis have been investigated and treated. Results: Using an algorithm of endoscopic surgery for staghorn nephrolithiasis have leaded to increase a stone clearance rate up to 90,0%. Conclusion: It is concluded that including an algorithm of endoscopic surgery for staghorn nephrolithiasis in the investigation and treatment have leaded to increase an efficacy of treatment of nephrolithiasis.
