Clinical And Laboratory Characteristics Of Small Anomalies Of Heart Development In Children Depending On Changes In The Level Of Hydroxyproline In The Blood, A.V. Murathodjaeva, F.M. Akhrarova
Central Asian Journal of Pediatrics
The base of growth for many heart abnormalities is dysplasia of cardiac connective tissue at children from 0 to 14 years old that occurs with a frequency of about 33%. The aim of the study is to research specificity of changes in the level of hydroxyproline in the blood at formation of small anomalies of heart development in children which can be proved by enzyme immunoassay. It was found that increase degree of connective tissue is dysplasia. The index of hydroxyproline increases in blood serum which indirectly confirms the violation of biochemical processes in collagen tissue.

The results of the study showed that in patients operated on for severe ischemia of the lower limb of a severe degree, the level of tissue hypoxia in terms of tpcO2 was directly proportional to the suppurative complications of the disease. Determination of tpcO2 during operations at the level of the tibia according to Mitish, helps to reduce postoperative purulent complications.
