The use of antiviral compounds presents a promising strategy for managing plant viruses such as Papaya ringspot virus(PRSV), which infects zucchini and numerous other crops worldwide, leading to significant yield losses. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of three antiviral compounds-quercetin, acyclovir, and chalcone-against PRSV under greenhouse conditions. Treatments were applied at three concentrations (100, 200, and 500 ppm) and at two different time points post-inoculation (2 days and 9 days), representing early and late applications, respectively. Plant stimulants improve plant growth and development by efficiently enhancing nutrient utilization for agricultural sustainability. The objective of this study was to determine the effect and optimum rates of MiZax-3 and Zif-8, on growth and yield of tomato during 2022/23 and 2023/24 growing seasons. We found a significant increase in plant height (9%), number of branches (39.5%) and number of leaves (50%) with MiZax-3+Zif-8 at low (2.5 and 5 μM) concentrations at 100% and 75% fertilizer levels during both seasons. Three bilingual coaches used the Practiced-Based Coaching model to provide professional development on emergent biliteracy instruction for three bilingual teachers of 2- to 3-year-olds. Coaches and teachers used reflexive journals, focus groups, pre- and post-observation checklists, and surveys to share their views and experiences with the Practice-Based Coaching model. Purpose

The purpose of this quality improvement project was to improve compliance with the administration of scheduled short-acting insulin within 30 minutes of point-of-care blood glucose testing among hospitalized diabetic patients.

Background

This project was implemented in an inpatient hospital unit caring for patients with diabetes who require scheduled short-acting insulin. Internal audit data showed that compliance with administering insulin within 30 minutes of blood glucose testing was approximately 60%, indicating an opportunity to improve workflow and care coordination.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of developing e-modules based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in improving students' problem-solving abilities in ecosystem material. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing articles published in the period 2018–2025. The results of the analysis show that most of the research uses the descriptive method. Research and Development (RnD) with junior high and senior high school subjects, and produced N-Gain values ranging from 0.50 to 0.83, categorized as moderate to high. Effect Of Real Quest Outdoor Learning On High School Students Climate Literacy, Siti Aisah, Abdul Hakim, Puardmi Damayanti

This study investigates the influence of the Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) model, which encompasses knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, on the climate literacy of high school students. A quasi-experimental design was performed with a non-equivalent control group; thus, a sample consisting of an experimental class (n = 34) and a control class (n = 32) was used. A one-way ANOVA test was used to test the differences between pretest and post-test scores at a 0.05 significance level. The basic knowledge on climate in the experimental group increased significantly (sig < 0.001), while the change in attitudes and behaviors was insignificant (sig = 0.339 and sig = 0.447, respectively). The fact that attitude and behavior did not improve significantly during the experiment can be justified by the existing Adiwiyata programme in schools. These findings indicate that the ReQOL model is a good way to help students understand climate issues better. Adding discovery-based outdoor learning to science classes has the potential to make students more aware of environmental issues and lay the groundwork for the development of responsible behavior. This underscores the scientific contribution and educational importance of the development of climate literacy within the curriculum.

This study examined the instructional value of a haiku writing assignment (HWA) from the graduate students’ perspective via a survey of their opinions. Fifty-eight students wrote and submitted haiku over the course of a semester. A 10-item survey instrument was used to elicit students’ opinions about the assignment. The probability of responses to each of the items on the survey was compared to chance occurrence. Chi-Square tests found that students enjoyed the assignment and the example haiku; they believed that the assignment helped them grasp concepts and be more engaged with the course content; and recommended the use of such …

This mixed-methods exploratory study examined the evolving needs of adult degree completers in higher education, using Bronfenbrenner’s (1979) ecological systems theory and universal design for learning (cast, 2024) as guiding frameworks. A purposive sample of 122 adult degree completers across diverse disciplines and learning modalities was recruited using digital professional networking and snowball sampling. Findings indicate that personal determination, particularly in the form of resilience and self-direction, was central to participants’ academic success. Simultaneously, participants described systemic barriers including limited faculty engagement, inconsistent access to or unawareness of career development resources, and financial strain and uncertainty. This article examines Combs’s enduring contribution by focusing on his insistence that extraordinary or altered states of consciousness are neither self-interpreting nor inherently developmental. Drawing primarily on Consciousness Explained Better and related works, the paper argues that Combs’s central insight lies in viewing interpretation as a function of one’s developmental stage rather than treating it as a reflective process applied after experience. This article examines the discourse surrounding the distribution of religious holiday bonuses (THR) for online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers in Indonesian media using Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework. The study reveals that the THR issue extends beyond legal and policy debates, becoming a contested site of meaning among platform companies, the state, media, and drivers. This paper presents an analysis of the influence of hydrogeological conditions on the stability of open pit slopes located within zones of tectonic disturbance. Based on field investigations and long-term hydrogeological monitoring conducted within the Almalyk ore cluster (Kalmakyr, Yoshlik-I, and Kurgashinkan deposits), the key factors affecting slope stability have been identified.
