The study examined the effect of urban transportation on tomato marketing efficiency using major markets in Ibadan metropolis in south-west Nigeria as case study. This study aims to investigate the impact of social media activities on brand image and brand awareness. The court, in an Article 78 proceeding, found that DHCR's policy statement did not automatically mandate complete invalidation of IAIs based solely on an identity of interest. Instead, it suggested requesting additional proof and disallowing only unsubstantiated costs. The court remanded the case to the Rent Administrator for a new determination, directing scrutiny of the work performed and its value, rather than a blanket disallowance of the rent increase.

The concept of Enhanced Activities of Daily Living (EADL) recognizes that older adults engage in activities that go beyond the basic and instrumental ADLs. EADLs contribute to health, well-being, and social engagement, which are critical for successful aging. However, they are understudied using the ADL framework, including what older adults consider EADLs. Reliable assessment of prognosis after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is essential to inform clinical decision-making and prevent premature assumptions of poor outcome. The enhanced SAH (eSAH) score combines three routinely available variables-age, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), and subarachnoid hemorrhage blood volume (SAHV)-to provide an objective framework for early outcome stratification. SAHV is estimated using the ABC/2-derived ellipsoid method applied across five major cisternal compartments on non-contrast CT. Purpose: The aim of this article is threefold: to gain detailed insights into academic employees’ experiences and perceptions of human resource (HR) practices; to identify the challenges and opportunities perceived by academic actors in these practices; and to provide recommendations for further research.

Design/methodology/approach: The study involved 17 key informants from Polish (8), Maltese (5), and Finnish (4) universities. Data were analysed using semantic thematic analysis, resulting in a rich and nuanced understanding of the experiences shared by participants.

In this formulation, a composite system consisting of a principal system, a heat bath, a memory, and a work source is described by fully quantum, time-independent Hamiltonian dynamics. Background and objective: Although the global incidence of hematologic malignancies is decreasing, the risk of developing these cancers is increasing due to increased lifespan and modern treatments including targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and radiation. Intrathoracic manifestations of hematologic malignancies may be the presenting sign leading to diagnosis or result from various treatment toxicity. The most common respiratory manifestation of hematologic malignancies is infectious, but up to half of pulmonary findings are from non-infectious etiologies.
