The paper describes a technique and algorithm allowing to perform parametric design of smart-type heat and moisture converters (hereinafter SHMC) of fine-grained dispersive materials based on their criteria of accuracy and speed. The proposed algorithm optimizes the process of design of smart-type switches and ensure optimal performance of the switches. The article discusses the functioning algorithm of the electro-pneumatic multi-position mechatronic system of an intelligent robot. The mechatronic system under consideration is an integrated complex of electro-pneumatic elements, electronic elements and computer technology, with constant dynamic changes in energy and information between them, united by a common automatic control system. The main distinctive feature of this mechatronic system is increased positioning accuracy and high traction forces.

The article presents the results of the study of the pumpkin drying process, comparisons with different drying models are carried out. A mathematical model for numerical analysis has been developed. Pumpkin drying rates are calculated and various drying models are investigated. 5 different drying models were used to verify the accuracy of experimental data and search for the most suitable model. The experimental data obtained for the drying air temperature of 45 °C, 55 °C and 65 °C were applied to various drying models.

In this work, a mathematical model of industrial wastewater treatment technology was formed. First, wastewater treatment technologies were analyzed and the technology of ion-exchange resin treatment was selected. A water purification device using ion-exchange resins was made, and tested on the Kungrad soda plant and the results were obtained. According to these results, it was determined that the cleaning coefficient of the device is up to 98-99%. Lignin is an abundant biopolymer with significant promise due to its aromaticity. It has been targeted as a replacement for a number of petroleum-based products including adhesives, coatings, polyurethane foams, activated carbon, and carbon fibers. However, commercially available bulk lignins are too polydisperse, and contain too many residual metals from the pulping process that are detrimental to the properties of the final product.
