يعد الأقتصاد العراقي من أكثر الأقتصاديات في العالم غنى بالموارد الطبيعية وبالأخص النفط ألا أن واقع النمو والتنمية الأقتصادية لا يعكسان هذه الوفرة في الموارد بسبب تعاقب الأحداث السياسية والأقتصادية خلال فترات زمنية تمتد لعشرات السنين ، فنشوب الحروب المتعاقبة أثر على معدلات النمو الأقتصادي وعلى الموارد المالية المخصصة بصورة جعلت الأقتصاد العراقي يتصف بالريعية وعدم التنوع هذا الى جانب أن السياسات الأقتصادية المتخذة والمطبقة في البلد أتسمت بالتقلب تبعاً لأختلاف هذه الأحداث السياسية وتأثيرها على المسيرة التنموية ، لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليركز على السياسة المالية والنقدية وعلاقتهما النمو الأقتصادي في العراق خلال المدة 1990-2016.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify the key themes of practical implications of Lean, Six Sigma (SS) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in the public administration sector.

Design/methodology/approach: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted based on the following academic publishers: Emerald, Elsevier/Science Direct, Sage, Springer Link, Taylor & Francis, and Willey online. Fifty-six articles published between 2004 and 2020 were found. Based on the “affinity diagram”, the practical implications of Lean, SS and LSS were classified into key themes.

Adequate child nutrition is critical to child development, yet child malnutrition is prevalent in crisis settings. However, the intersection of malnutrition and disasters is sparse. This study reviews existing evidence on nutrition responses and outcomes for infants and young children during times of crisis.
