Trade and investment are not just about money and prosperity. They also bring and support peace, stability, and security. In my book Unlocking Africa’s Business Potential, I explore key trade and investment trends, opportunities, challenges, and strategies that illustrate the tremendous potential of Africa and explain the complex competition between emerging and established powers on the continent. The following key trends are critical for policymaking, given their implications for trade investment, economic transformation, inclusive prosperity, and geopolitical dynamics in a time of competition between rising and global powers.

The study aims to identify job satisfaction levels among private school teachers at Irbid governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (202) private school teachers who works in Qasabt Irbid and were selected using simple random method. To achieve the study objective, descriptive analytical method was used. The study results showed that the job satisfaction level of private school teachers was moderate. It also showed no statistically significant differences for the job satisfaction levels among private school teachers in light of qualification, years of experience and educational level. The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of a sample of faculty members of Palestinian universities in Gaza governorate, and the repercussions of political split on democratic culture. To achieve that, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method by applying a questionnaire consisting of (38) material distributed in three areas, on a random sample of (313) faculty members from universities: (Al-Azhar, Palestine, Islamic) in Gaza Governorate. We, in the Black community, have preserved our existence and histories through storytelling. The blessing of stories passed from one generation to the next serves as survival signposts. Amidst this tradition, ongoing dominant narratives work to mischaracterize and dehumanize members of the Black community, specifically Black women. The unique and intersectional position of Black women leaders invites an onslaught of racial challenges in any sector. However, a complex relationship exists between Black women leaders in academia and the metanarratives manufactured by dominant groups.
