Corporate cancel culture is often dismissed as “just social media noise,” but for managers the real stakes show up in markets. This paper develops and tests a three-level framework linking moralized social-media discourse, online brand reputation, and firm-level financial outcomes. Using three canonical cancellations—Dolce & Gabbana’s China controversy, Tesla’s politicization via Elon Musk, and Bud Light’s backlash after its transgender influencer partnership—we first show that these events are organized around spikes in moral-emotional language and structural virality, not generic negativity. This paper examines how political unrest in North Korea during the twentieth century affected Korean Archaeology. During the occupation of the Korean peninsula by the Empire of Japan during 1910–1945, Japanese scholars embarked on the study of archaeology in Korea. Japanese archaeologists used Korean archaeological data and materials to push a colonial viewpoint that Korea was a weak state that could not advance without oversight from a conquering nation. Westward expansion in the nineteenth-century United States has long been framed through settler-centered historical narratives that emphasize progress and national development. This article employs oral history as an ethnographic method to examine migration routes and homesteading experiences in Nebraska and the broader Midwest, foregrounding how memory, storytelling, and lived experience function as cultural practices. Drawing on interviews with descendants of homesteaders, community members, and museum professionals, alongside diaries, newspapers, and archival materials, this study analyzes how migration was remembered, narrated, and transmitted across generations. This study performs a historical semiotic content analysis of the Lincoln Freie Presse to document the processes of cultural coercion and resultant identity erasure within the German- American press of Nebraska during the critical period of January 1914 to December 1918. The research establishes a semiotic baseline (1914–1916) characterized by high linguistic and content autonomy and then tracks the immediate, stark shifts following the U.S. entry into World War I (the coercion period) and the succeeding mass anti-German hysteria (1917–1918). The experimental study displayed in this paper is inspired by the prehistoric Southwestern practice of smudging and polishing ceramic bowls in the Mogollon region. Many scholars have assumed that smudged and polished cooking surfaces result in non-stick cooking surfaces, but no experimental studies have been conducted to test this. Argumentation frameworks (AFs) provide formal approaches for legal reasoning, but identifying sources of ambiguity and explaining argument acceptance remains challenging for non-experts. We present AF-XRAY, an open-source toolkit for exploring, analyzing, and visualizing abstract AFs in legal reasoning. AF-XRAY introduces: (i) layered visualizations based on game-theoretic argument length revealing well-founded derivation structures; (ii) classification of attack edges by semantic roles (primary, secondary, blunders); (iii) overlay visualizations of alternative 2-valued solutions on ambiguous 3-valued grounded semantics; and (iv) identification of critical attack sets whose suspension resolves undecided arguments. Every trial has a rhythm and a flow. Every trial is a performance. This article extends the literature on law and music further into the field of evidence. I offer a new exploration and reimagining of the Federal Rules of Evidence through leitmotivs. I contend that leitmotivs—musical calling cards—reify principles of evidence law. Illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing activity is a global threat and continues to undermine the effectiveness of fisheries regulations and management measures. However, the extent of illegal fishing in Philippine waters remains unclear. This study aims to identify the types of illegal fishing in Philippine waters and analyzed their temporal and spatial patterns. Data were obtained from the records of the Philippine Coast Guards (PCG) and Maritime Law Enforcement Agencies from 2015 to 2020. วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูงต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแล หอผู้ป่วยเด็ก โรงพยาบาลศิครินทร์ กรุงเทพมหานคร

แบบแผนงานวิจัย : การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง แบบศึกษาสองกลุ่มวัดครั้งเดียว

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ที่รับผิดชอบดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กที่มีอาการสำคัญในการมาโรงพยาบาลด้วยมีไข้สูง อุณหภูมิกายมากกว่า 38.5 องศาเซลเซียส ซึ่งเป็นอุณหภูมิแรกรับที่รับผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการรักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วยเด็ก แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 24 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูงตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ดูแลร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรม กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ดูแลและของเด็กที่มีไข้สูง แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลต่อการพยาบาลเด็กที่มีไข้สูง โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัย : ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูง สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (t = 5.182)

สรุป : โปรแกรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูง ส่งผลให้ผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูงเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงขึ้น ผู้บริหารการพยาบาล ควรนำโปรแกรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูงนี้ไปอบรมพยาบาลเด็ก เพื่อนำไปสอนญาติหรือผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีไข้สูงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสะอาดของลำไส้ใหญ่ และความพึงพอใจการบริการพยาบาล ผู้ที่เตรียมตัวก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ครั้งแรกก่อน-หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experimental research design) แบบ 2 กลุ่ม

วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย: การวิจัยนี้เก็บข้อมูลในระหว่างวันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง 30 เมษายน 2567  ในผู้ที่เตรียมตัวก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ครั้งแรก ณ หอผู้ป่วยนอก แผนกโรคทางเดินอาหารและตับ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน ที่อายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง จำนวน 50 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 25 คน โดยจับคู่กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้มีคุณสมบัติใกล้เคียงกันด้วย อายุและโรค กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 3 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินสะอาดของลำไส้ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจบริการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยนอก สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้ 0.8 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ Mann Whitney U test โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

ผลการวิจัย: หลังสิ้นสุดโปรแกรม กลุ่มทดลองมีความสะอาดของลำไส้ใหญ่ดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความพึงพอใจการบริการพยาบาลดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

สรุป: โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีการจัดการตนเอง Creer (2000) ทำให้ผู้ที่เตรียมตัวก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ครั้งแรกมีความรู้ และสามารถในการจัดการตนเองได้  เพื่อความสะอาดของลำไส้ใหญ่และความพึงพอใจการบริการพยาบาลได้
