This paper is mainly concerned with the institutions in developing Commonwealth countries where universities have established undergraduate education and as yet do not have a separate institutional arrangement for postgraduate education. The features of the higher education were studied and Prof. Ungku Aziz has proposed five reasons why there is a need for a postgraduate center. However, the postgraduate center should be separated from the undergraduate center for better its administration work and finance affairs.

Keadaan ekonomi di kalangan orang-orang kampung kian merosot dan orang-orang kampung sedar akan kemerosotan ini. Mereka cuba menunjukkan kegelisahan dan perasaan ketegangan melalui aktiviti-aktiviti mencari khayalan. Pembangunan ekonomi nasional berkait rapat dengan pembangunan ekonomi kampung. Untuk menaikkan taraf ekonomi orang-orang kampung, pendapatan bulanan pekerja-pekerja kampung hendaklah dinaikkan. Penindasan harus dihapuskan. Kerajaan harus menaikkan peruntukan untuk pembangunan kampung untuk meninggikan taraf kesihatan dan pendidikan untuk jangka masa panjang. Dan akhir sekali, amalan baik seperti kerjasama atau gotong-royong harus digalakkan tetapi kekeliruan fikiran atau donggeng-dongeng hendaklah dikawal dan diawasi.

One way to mobilize and guide all the members is to describe in a clear language the values that are in fact already in the minds of the leadership. They shall not contradict the values that the stakeholder of the corporation believes in. The values shall not be taken in any ranking order or importance. It should be symmetrical. And lastly, negative values should be avoidable wherever possible.

Background: Buddhist monks in Thailand experience distinctive lifestyle constraints—such as dependence on alms-based diets and restrictions on strenuous physical activity—that heighten their vulnerability to type 2 diabetes. This study examined the effectiveness of a structured health literacy program in improving diabetes-preventive self-care behaviors among pre-diabetic Buddhist monks in upper northeastern Thailand.

Methods: A quasi-experimental study was conducted with 72 pre-diabetic monks, evenly allocated to intervention and comparison groups. The intervention group completed a 24-week structured health literacy program. Background: Universal health coverage (UHC) literacy is vital for promoting equitable access to healthcare. However, Thailand lacks a validated tool specifically designed to measure UHC literacy within its cultural context. This study aimed to develop and validate such a tool, named the Universal Health Coverage Literacy Scale for the Thai Context (UHCL:TH).

Methods: A two-phase cross-sectional study design was employed. Phase 1 involved a literature review and identification of the tool’s key components through a two-round Modified Delphi Method process conducted with 19 multidisciplinary experts. The ability of intelligent agents to perform complex, cross-application tasks may be constrained by a dependency on application-specific programming interfaces (APIs), which can limit interaction with user interfaces and adaptation to dynamic visual changes. A system can employ a closed-loop perception-action cycle where a multimodal intelligent agent analyzes visual data from a screen of a host device, such as a smartphone or computer, to predict a next action. Source-to-source compilers may perform inefficiently by executing transpilation passes on scripts that do not contain the specific language features a pass is designed to transform, potentially leading to redundant processing. A compiler can analyze a script to generate a per-script feature map, for example, by identifying language features in its abstract syntax tree (AST). Before executing a transpilation pass, the compiler can check this map and may bypass the pass for that script if the specific feature targeted by the pass is not present.
