UNLABELLED: Obesity is a complex disease driven by multiple factors, and a deeper understanding of its underlying mechanisms could enable the development of novel treatments. Based on our previous experimental studies, we have proposed a homeostatic mechanism regulating adiposity involving mechano-sensing of body weight by osteoblast-lineage cells in the lower extremities. However, the molecular mechanism underlying this proposed weight-sensing pathway remains to be elucidated. Recent studies have demonstrated that Piezo1-mediated mechano-sensing in osteoblast-lineage cells, as well as TrkA-dependent signaling, are essential for the normal bone anabolic response to high-intensity mechanical loading. The diverse pigmentation patterns of animals are crucial for predation avoidance and behavioral display. This diversity arises from interactions among distinct pigment cell types, yet mechanisms generating pattern variation across teleost fishes remain incompletely understood. In zebrafish, Turing models have been proposed to explain stripe patterns, but it is unclear if they apply to other fishes. Here, we investigate the Snowflake mutant of the anemonefish Amphiprion ocellaris, which displays enlarged white bars with irregular boundaries. Parental loyalty toward child therapy services is a critical factor in ensuring the sustainability of child development therapy centers. This study aims to analyze the effects of perceived quality, perceived value, perceived satisfaction, and perceived differentiation on brand trust and brand loyalty within the context of a child development therapy center. The study adopts a quantitative explanatory approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). A total of 784 respondents who had utilized pediatric therapy services participated in this study. The results indicate that brand trust is the strongest predictor of brand loyalty (β = 0.386; p < 0.001). Perceived differentiation exerts the strongest influence on brand trust (β = 0.399; p < 0.001). Perceived quality significantly affects brand trust but does not have a direct effect on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, perceived satisfaction and perceived value significantly influence both brand trust and brand loyalty. These findings underscore that parental loyalty is shaped by a combination of trust, service differentiation, satisfaction, and perceived value. This study provides important managerial implications for the development of effective strategies in pediatric therapy services.
