At the St. Tammany Parish Assessor’s Office, we’re building a structured workflow to replace the old way we generate market reports. Most of what we’ve called “reports” up to now are really just Excel lists updated by hand or exported from CAMA. They get the job done, but they’re not analytical in any real sense. Our goal is to automate that process using SQL, Python, and R. Type I ribosome-inactivating proteins, such as gelonin, are enzymatically potent toxins but are effectively non-toxic under physiological conditions because they are unable to cross the plasma membrane[1]. Pulsed electric fields (PEF) overcome this delivery barrier by transiently permeabilizing the plasma membrane, allowing direct cytosolic entry. This enhances gelonin cytotoxicity by several thousand-fold, highlighting gelonin’s potential as an electrochemotherapy candidate[2]. Here, we present a recombinant gelonin (rGel) expression platform in E. coli with HPLC-based purification that enables reproducible protein production and structure-guided engineering.

Modern fraud prevention is often limited by a reactive approach that inadvertently provides training data to adversaries, allowing them to refine tactics whenever a detection signal or account block occurs. To address this feedback loop, a framework is disclosed for the proactive disruption of fraudulent operations by systematically corrupting internal adversarial learning processes. The method involves mapping entry vectors, identifying behavioral heuristics used by operators, and injecting inconsistent success signals, such as decoy enthusiasm and variable response compliance, into the interaction flow. Phonetic Pre-Normalization For Cross-Store Product Title Resolution, Aaron Burton

A method for resolving misspelled and phonetically variant product titles in ecommerce by applying phonetic encoding as a pre-normalization step before downstream product identity resolution. The system converts product title tokens into phonetic representations using Double Metaphone encoding, matches phonetic codes against a known-good product vocabulary, and substitutes corrected tokens before the title enters any downstream normalization or matching pipeline. This enables cross-store product resolution to handle common misspellings such as brand name variants without requiring retraining or vocabulary expansion in the downstream system.

Api-Based Firmographic Enrichment For Real-Time Visitor Personalization On Third-Party Web Surfaces, Aaron Burton

A method for enriching anonymous visitors on third-party web surfaces by querying a third-party firmographic API directly, replacing headless browser retrieval and machine-learning classification. A network proxy resolves the visitor’s IP address to an origin domain, an enrichment process queries a firmographic data provider’s API with that domain, normalizes the structured response into a standard profile format, and delivers the profile to the visitor’s browser session for real-time personalization.

A method for using a service worker as the relay component in a third-party web surface personalization system, replacing inline frame injection. A network proxy injects a registration script into intercepted HTTP responses, the script registers a service worker scoped to the third-party origin, and the service worker opens a persistent connection to a session management service to receive and deliver personalization payloads to the active page via the Clients API.

This study aimed to investigate the neuromechanical pathways linking eccentric force production to explosive concentric output during countermovement jumps (CMJ) in national-level junior badminton athletes undergoing a specialized eccentric training program. Objective: 36 male athletes (age 16.5 ± 1.2 years) were quasi-randomly assigned to an experimental group (EG; n=18), which completed a 6-week supervised eccentric overload training in-volving flywheel squats and depth jumps thrice weekly, or a control group (CG; n=18), which maintained their habitual in-season training without additional interventions. The Navajo Nation stands as a sovereign nation, yet many families still lack access to electricity because of enduring historical, structural, and regulatory barriers. This Article identifies the legal and technical barriers that have hindered meaningful progress and argues that supplementing the utility grid with distributed energy resources, such as biodigesters, offers a viable path toward electrification, particularly for remote and rural communities within the Navajo Nation. Biodigesters convert organic waste generated through community practices, such as sheep raising, into biogas through an anaerobic process. Background: Undergraduate college students face stress and concomitant mental health issues that can be mitigated by proper stress management behavior.

Purpose: This article examines the multi-theory model (MTM) of health behavior as a predictor of change in the primary outcomes of initiation and sustenance of relaxation-seeking behavior in undergraduate college students for the purposes of stress mitigation. Background: This study explores produce purchasing criteria (PPC) and produce purchasing frequency (PPF) among university faculty and staff, a population often underrepresented in dietary behavior research.

Purpose: To identify distinct PPC profiles among university faculty and staff and examine how these profiles are associated with PPF and farmers market usage, while also assessing the role of demographic and behavioral factors in shaping these relationships.

Background: Mississippi’s rural counties face hospital gaps, clinician shortages, and limited broadband/device access that collectively delay care and constrain telehealth uptake.

Purpose: This paper assesses whether telemedicine kiosks can improve rural healthcare access in Mississippi while also supporting viable local entrepreneurship and community development.

Methods: A conceptual, policy-and-market analysis integrated narrative literature synthesis, secondary data and policy review, and 5-year financial modeling under two cost-allocation scenarios: an Operator Model (subscription fees covered by partners/grants) and a Network Model (subscription fees borne by the kiosk operator).
