يتحدث البحث عن الاختلاف العقدي تأسيسا لفقهه وتأكيدا على أن الاختلاف في فروع العقيدة شأنه شأن الاختلاف الفقهي؛ إذ ليست كل مسائل العقيدة من باب القطعيات التي لا يصوغ فيها الاختلاف. وبيّن البحث أن للاختلاف العقدي أسبابه الموضوعية. كما قد عرض إلى آثار الاختلاف، وبيّن سبل علاج الاختلاف حتى لا يتحول الاختلاف المقبول إلى خلاف مرذول.

إن صلاحية الإسلام لكل زمان ومكان يوجب على حملة العلم الشرعي والتربوي وأصحاب الاختصاص إيجاد الحلول ووضع الضوابط لكل مشكلة تظهر في حياة الناس، ومحاولة تلمس المنهج الشرعي التربوي في معالجة كل ما هو حادث وجديد.

وكان مما ظهر في زماننا نتيجة تسارع الأحداث وانتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تداول الأخبار ونقلها دون التثبت منها.

وجاءت هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية بهدف وضع رؤية تربوية تأصيلية لبيان المنهج الشرعي في التبين من الأخبار حين وصولها إلى المتلقي، وحين نقلها وإشاعتها عبر الوسائل المختلفة.

قمت بحصر لفظة "أشبه ومشتقاتها عند ابن أبي حاتم في كتابه الجرح والتعديل" فبلغت (73) مرة على الإجمال. وبالتفصيل جاء قوله "أشبه" (35) مرة، وكانت دلالتها مختلفة، حيث استعملت في (10) مواضع للدلالة على العبادة والعلم، و(4) للدلالة على الضعف، و(21) للدلالة على الترجيح والتقوية. وأما قوله "يشبه" فجاءت (32) مرة فهي كأشبه في اختلاف استعمالها، فجاء استعمالها (11) للدلالة على التشبه في العبادة والكيس والمعرفة والسمت، و(12) للدلالة على الضعف، و(9) للدلالة على الترجيح والتقوية. وأما قوله "تشبه" فجاءت (3) مرات ودلالتها على الضعف. وقوله "شِبه الريح" في (3) مرات: مرتان بهذا اللفظ، ومرة بلفظ "منزلة الريح"، ودلالتها أنها …

تناولت هذه الدراسة مسألة القراءة التفسيرية وأثرها في توجيه القراءات، فبيّنت تعريف القراءة التفسيرية، وعالجت مفهوم الترجيح بين القراءات، ووضّحت أنّ الترجيح إنّما هو بين توجيه القراءات وليس معناه ردّ شيء منها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ القراءة التفسيرية هي كل قراءة خالفت رسم المصحف الإمام أفادت معنى في التفسير، وأنّ الترجيح بين القراءات هو ترجيح بين التوجيهين لا بين القراءتين المتواترتين فكلاهما ثابت ثبوتاً قطعياً، وأنّ القراءة التفسيرية قد تكون المعتمد الذي رجّح فيه العلماء توجيه قراءة تفسيرية على أخرى.

لقد تناول هذا البحث قضية ذات صلة بالتفسير الموضوعي للقرآن الكريم، وهي دراسة لفظة القلب دلالة ووروداً في سورة الأحزاب، في محاولة للكشف عن ترابط السورة ومحاورها من خلال تكرار هذه اللفظة بشكل لافت فيها دون غيرها من السور. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة عن عناية خاصة بقلب المسلم تزكية وبناء؛ ليكون قادراً على مواجهة الفتن وأصحابها من خلال العناية بعبادة التوكل القلبية. كما كشفت عن خبايا قلوب المنافقين، وقدّمت السورة للأمة نصائح عملية في التعامل مع هذه الفئة التي تتكرر في كل زمان ومكان؛ لتفويت فرص الأذى التي يمكن أن تلحقها بالمجتمع الإسلامي.

Many WiFi-based IoT (Internet of Things) devices rely on limited energy resources such as batteries or energy harvesting. Although monitoring and studying the energy consumption of these devices is essential, the use of external, hardware-based energy measurement tools is costly, non-scalable, and introduces many challenges regarding the connectivity of such tools with devices. In this thesis, we propose EMT, a novel tool to collect, analyze, and monitor the power cycles of IoT devices without the need for any external tools. This is a user's manual for the externally validated Version 2.0 of the Discourse in Science Inquiry Classrooms (DiISC) instrument. The instrument is best suited for use in conducting research in secondary (grades 6-12) science classrooms that focuses on teachers' instructional practices, but can also be used as a professional development tool for teacher self-reflection and identifying goals for instructional change. The DiISC Version 2.0 is aligned with a model of a scientific classroom discourse community and articulated characteristics of social constructivist lessons in the categories of inquiry, oral and written discourse, and academic language development and essential learning principles.

Conventions For Unconventional Language: Revisiting A Framework For Spoken Language Features In Autism, Rhiannon Luyster, Emily Zane, Lisa Wisman Weil

This review paper updates and expands an existing framework for unconventional language in autism to include a broader range of non-generative (echolalia and self-repetition) and generative (idiosyncratic phrases, neologisms and pedantic language) features often observed in the language of individuals on the autism spectrum. For each aspect of the framework, we review the various definitions and measurement approaches, and we provide a summary of individual and contextual correlates. We also propose some transitional language features that may bridge non-generative and generative domains (e.g., mitigated echolalia and gestalt language).

Background: Periodontal diseases and inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD, ulcerative colitis [UC] and Crohn disease [CD]) have been reported to present with increased salivary and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) concentrations of cytokines. The aim of this study was to evaluate the salivary and GCF levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10, and IL-17A and their associations with the periodontal statuses of UC, CD, and non-IBD patients, and to analyze the interrelationships among these cytokines, IBD conditions, and periodontal diseases. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed with a total of 131 patients (62 women and 69 men, mean age 42.96±13.02 years). Patients were divided …
