This article seeks to clarify the legal and social meaning of repudiation in Muslim family law. It distinguishes between the administrative and substantive dimensions of repudiation, examines the husband’s unilateral power, and discusses the safeguards owed to the wife, children, and third parties. The author also studies the forms of judicial supervision that may limit abuse, as well as the possibility for women to initiate or obtain dissolution in certain circumstances. This article analyzes Morocco’s experience of cooperation with the industrialized countries of the North in the broader context of North-South relations. It examines the political and economic logic of cooperation after independence, paying particular attention to aid, technical assistance, trade relations, and the risks of dependency associated with unequal partnerships. The author argues that cooperation can support development only if it is aligned with national priorities and preserves political and economic sovereignty. The study calls for a more critical understanding of international law grounded in history, inequality, and the political uses of legal concepts.

This study examines the provisions of Article 31 of the Moroccan Constitution of 1972 in relation to treaty law. It analyzes the constitutional allocation of powers in the negotiation, ratification, and approval of international agreements, and discusses the categories of treaties that require prior legislative authorization. The article places the Moroccan constitutional framework in comparative perspective and evaluates its ambiguities regarding simplified agreements, parliamentary control, and the place of treaties within the domestic legal order. It thus sheds light on the relationship between constitutional law and international commitments in Morocco.

This article develops an economic and financial typology of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of a regional sample observed over the period 1971–1975. Using multiple indicators related to growth, profitability, liquidity, financing structure, and investment, the study combines factor analysis and hierarchical classification to distinguish several profiles of firms. The paper shows that industrial SMEs do not form a homogeneous group: some display strong performance and sound financial balance, whereas others combine weak growth, low profitability, and heavy debt burdens. Input-Output Analysis And Imports: Operations On Input-Output Tables, Fouzi Mourji

This paper discusses a theoretical hypothesis concerning imports and shows how it can be tested through operations performed on input-output tables. After presenting the structure of the tables used for Morocco and Algeria, the author examines the construction of a matrix of technical import coefficients and the algebraic treatment required for empirical estimation. The article clarifies the links between imported inputs, domestic production, and final demand, while also pointing to the limits of the proposed hypothesis and to the statistical conditions required for its use. It highlights the value of input-output analysis for studying import dependence and production interrelations.
