The study aimed to explore the impact of the principal's support on teachers ’satisfaction and their intention to leave work in Oman, in addition to whether teachers ’satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between the principal's support and the teacher’s intention to leave. Data were collected from a sample of 398 basic education teachers. The study used structural equation modeling to test a hypothetical model. The results revealed that teachers ’perceptions of principal support were high level but their satisfaction and their intention to leave were in the moderated level. BACKGROUND: A randomized trial of lobectomy versus segmentectomy for small-sized (≤ 20 mm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) showed that patients who had undergone segmentectomy had a significantly longer overall survival (OS) than those who had lobectomy. More attention is needed regarding the required extent of thoracic lymphadenectomy in patients with small-sized NSCLC who undergo sublobar resection.

The method of undetermined coefficients is used to solve constant coefficient nonhomogeneous differential equations whose forcing function is itself the solution of a homogeneous constant coefficient differential equation. In this paper, we show that the classical methods for tackling constant coefficient equations, including the method of undetermined coefficients, generalize to much wider class linear differential equations which, for example, include Cauchy-Euler type equations. High quality thin films are important for domain engineering applications such as on-volatile memory applications. Single crystalline (001) oriented Pb (Zr0.5T0.5)O3 thin films have been grown by pulsed laser deposition on PrScO3 with strontium ruthenate (SRO) electrodes. Thin films were prepared from PZT ceramic targets with 15% excess PbO to compensate for lead loss at high deposition temperature. Layer by layer/step flow growth mode observed on AFM images has been realised by using a single terminated PrScO3 substrate as well as optimized deposition parameters. Artemisia afra is a medicinal plant with antimicrobial activities, known to treat tuberculosis, measles, cough, and influenza. In consequence, its applications have increasingly become pivotal to control various microbes which cause different diseases. This study therefore, evaluated the chemical composition and the antifungal activity of A. afra essential oil. The extraction of essential oil was done using steam distillation. The essential oil chemical composition was analysed by GC-MS. The analysis revealed 19 compounds from A. afra. The main compounds were borneol (71.529%), terpinen-4-ol (8.582%), β-thujone (3.283%), β-terpineol (2.590%), α-terpineol (1.791%), chrysanthenone (1.507%), myrtenal (1.393%), eucalyptol (1,8-cineole) (1.263%), cis-sabinene hydrate (1.172%) …
