A total of eighty nine clinical samples were collected from pacifier of children  patients with age1-48 months from both gender complaining from diarrhea in Hilla city. 19 isolates of E.coli were isolated and identified according to their morphological properties( cultural  and microscopical) and biochemical tests and percentage (21.3%).Some clinical samples were showed Entamoeba histolytica ,Giardia lamblia and Trichomonas hominis  and Monilia.
