32 drawings on paper that are folded into book form. Images are of a female, either alone or with another person. If present, the other person is smaller than that of the main female. The cover has Japanese characters on a gray and black background. In poor condition with loose binding and some worming throughout. The creator is Tani Buncho, a Japanese painter who was born in 1763 and died in 1840 or 1841 in what is now Tokyo. Long-Pressing An Image To Trigger A Visual Search, Gustavo Moura

For images with multiple objects, users don't have an easy way to specify the object within the image that interests them. This makes it difficult for users to express image-search intent. This disclosure describes techniques to enable users to specify the object or part of an image that they want to visually search on by long-pressing the relevant object or part. The coordinates of the long-press are used to identify the closest object and to automatically generate visual search results for it.

Modulation Of Tlr4/Nf-Κb, Nrf2/Ho-1 And Pi3k/Akt Signaling By Cilostazol Mitigates Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Septic Acute Kidney Injury, Ahmed F. Mohamed, Helmy M. Sayed, Hala F. Zaki, Marwa M. Safar

Cilostazol was investigated as a protective agent against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-associated acute kidney damage in mice. Cilostazol (50 mg/kg/day; p.o) administered for 7 consecutive days before a single LPS dose (2 mg/kg; i.p) hampered serum creatinine and cystatin C as well as renal KIM-1 and NGAL, repressed TLR4 and MYD88 transcription as well as NF-κB p65, IL-1β and MDA content, boosted Nrf-2 mRNA expression, HO-1 activity and GSH content. This was synchronous with an upregulation of p-PI3K and p-Akt expressions. Collectively, cilostazol prevented LPS renal injury which might correspond to modulation of TLR4/NF-κB, Nrf2/HO-1 and PI3K/Akt pathways.

Mitigating human-caused mortality for large carnivores is a pressing global challenge for wildlife conservation. However, mortality is almost exclusively studied at local (within-population) scales creating a mismatch between our understanding of risk and the spatial extent most relevant to conservation and management of wide-ranging species. Here, we quantified mortality for 590 radio-collared mountain lions statewide across their distribution in California to identify drivers of human-caused mortality and investigate whether human-caused mortality is additive or compensatory. Human-caused mortality, primarily from conflict management and vehicles, exceeded natural mortality despite mountain lions being protected from hunting. (2020), we proposed an HDG method to approximate the solution of a tangential boundary control problem for the Stokes equations and obtained an optimal convergence rate for the optimal control that reflects its global regularity. However, the error estimates depend on the pressure, and the velocity is not divergence free. The importance of pressure-robust numerical methods for fluids was addressed by John et al. (2017). During the first two years of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, nasopharyngeal (NP) specimens were the gold standard for clinical diagnostic testing. As information about the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causing the pandemic continued to be shared, it was clear that the virus could be detected in other specimen types during an active infection. The University of Louisville Infectious Diseases Laboratory accepted non-traditional specimen types, most without a paired, positive NP result, for research purposes only to support local epidemiology efforts.
