This study addressed a gap in the literature concerning how mentoring supports ministers who are experiencing distress and turnover intention. The purpose of this dissertation was to develop a biblically grounded model for mentoring ministers in distress. This qualitative study employed a two-phase design consisting of a sociorhetorical analysis of 2 Timothy and a phenomenological study of four Assemblies of God ministers who experienced turnover intention but remained in ministry because of a mentor’s intervention. The project addresses a critical gap in nursing education by implementing a structured, evidencebased educational intervention led by an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to improve nurses’ knowledge of metabolic syndrome in residential care facilities. The purpose was to determine whether this intervention could significantly enhance nurses’ understanding and management of metabolic syndrome, a complex cluster of disorders present in adult populations. Nine nurses participated in targeted educational sessions focusing on definition, diagnosis, complications, and evidence-based prevention and management strategies. Each participant completed the Metabolic Syndrome Knowledge Scale (MSKS) questionnaire before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge. …

Integrating cryptocurrency has become a key management challenge in increasingly digital and regulated financial environments. This paper argues that digital asset adoption should be understood not simply as technological disruption, but as an adaptive strategic response to regulatory transformation, institutional uncertainty, and competitive pressure. Drawing on financial innovation theory, dynamic capabilities, and institutional theory, the research develops conceptual propositions explaining when and how firms should integrate decentralized assets. Through a strategic, non-empirical analysis of regulatory developments and governance shifts, the paper presents a framework for aligning cryptocurrency adoption with firm performance, risk management, and compliance.

In ancient Babylonian societies, gender roles were shaped by patriarchal structures that prioritized male authority in just about every sector. However, women created spaces for themselves that gave them influence and autonomy, particularly through religious institutions. Temple complexes like the Shamash temple in Sippar and the Esagil temple in Babylon were not only centers of worship but also powerful economic and administrative hubs, and women who served them occupied positions of privilege. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) affects a significant portion of the adult population and can impact social functioning and workplace relationships. However, current social network theories often rely on assumptions of neurotypical functioning, overlooking how ADHD may reshape relational dynamics in ways that challenge deficit-only models. This study examines the impact of ADHD symptomology, specifically the hyperactive/ impulsive (ADHD/H) and inattentive (ADHD/I) subtypes, on key workplace social ties: friendship, advice, and conflict. It is hypothesized that ADHD/H will be positively associated with the number of friendship, advice, and conflict ties, while ADHD/I will be negatively associated with friendship and advice but positively …

At Danfoss, these measurements have traditionally been performed manually by sliding a current transformer along a mains cable—an approach that is slow, operator-dependent, and prone to inconsistent sensor positioning. The volatility of electricity price presents a challenge to market participants as their decision-making process are highly depend on the accuracy of price forecasts. However, there is growing empirical evidence of increasing price volatility and price spikes in electricity markets as a result of variable renewable energy generation, extreme weather events, and other factors. The distribution shift caused by spikes in electricity price data differentiates the forecasting tasks from other renewable energy sources. Carotid Endarterectomy Remains A Feasible Bailout For Progressive Disease After Transcarotid Artery Revascularization: A Case Report, Aidin Baghbani, Blaz Podgorsek, Jason B Storch, Gordon H Martin, Naveed U Saqib, Daniel G Miles

Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) remains the gold standard for carotid revascularization, though transcarotid artery revascularization (TCAR) has emerged as a less invasive alternative. We present a 67-year-old man with prior bilateral TCAR who developed severe right internal carotid artery restenosis 14 months after the procedure. Imaging confirmed >80% stenosis due to progressive plaque burden compressing the stent. The patient underwent successful CEA with en bloc stent explant using a standard technique. Recovery was uneventful. This case demonstrates the technical feasibility and safety of surgical stent explant after TCAR and reinforces CEA as a reliable salvage strategy when stent failure or disease …

Media portrayals of Venezuelan immigrants¹ in the United States have been studied extensively.  However, less scholarly attention has addressed how countries—particularly Trinidad & Tobago and Mexico—frame and portray Venezuelan migrants in news coverage. Arguably, narratives of migrants significantly shape public understanding and influence political rhetoric and policy outcomes, as such a significant research gap exists. Through a tri-national news media comparison, this study examines narratives about Venezuelan migrants and explores how these portrayals differ in the triad of national contexts.
