The aim of the current study was to examine the potential benefits of dog therapy programs on student stress levels on a college campus. While these programs have become increasingly popular there is little evidence on the effectiveness of animal centered activities. We compared the differences on three types of assessments related to stress levels (e.g., Self-Efficacy Scale, Perceived Stress Scale and relative changes in stress hormone levels (cortisol)) for college students before and after interacting with therapy dogs for 10 minutes. Why are Hispanics realigning with the Republican party? As recent as the 2022 midterm election, trends have found that more Hispanics are voting with the Republican party. Dating as far back as the 1972 presidential election, the Republican party has never garnered more than 44% of the Hispanic vote (2004). The 2004 presidential election contest was an outlier as the mean acquired by the party is 31.6% The lowest being 21% and the second highest 39%. Data used from Pew Research, fourteen presidential election exit polls, and two midterm election exit polls allowed for the study of the Hispanic voting …

Among many achievements, Barth redefined the problem of objectivity in theology as well as proposed a theological anthropology of continuing influence. The question of objectivity also exercised the minds of C. S. Lewis and his close friend, Owen Barfield, during that same decade, leading to their own versions of idealist anthropology.
