Channel Catfish are broadly distributed in the U.S. and are important commercially and recreationally in many rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and streams. Since they are a popular sportfish, many state-owned lakes are stocked with a variety of sizes to enhance population sizes and provide angling opportunities. The goals of this study were to determine the contributions of stocked fish, determine the fish size at stocking, and to assess the contribution of yearling and catchable sizes to the stocked percentage. Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the root anatomy of the maxillary and mandibular premolars among a sample of the Lebanese population and to explore their incidence by sex and the symmetry between the left and right sides.

Materials and Methods: This retrospective analysis of 250 cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans consisted of 960 maxillary and 972 mandibular premolars. Roots, canals, and morphology types were recorded. Vertucci’s classification was used to categorize the canal morphologies. Fisher’s exact and chi-square tests were applied (P≤.05).

In this study, we established a connection between the Chebyshev polynomial of the first kind and the Jones polynomial of generalized weaving knots of type W(3,n,m).
Through our analysis, we demonstrated that the coefficients of the Jones polynomial of weaving knots are essentially the Whitney numbers of Lucas lattices which allowed us to find an explicit formula for the Alexander polynomial of weaving knots of typeW(3,n).

When parents are unaware of how to pay for college, their children may be less encouraged to attend college and may see college as an unnecessary luxury. Informed parents may provide better support for getting monetary aid and, in turn, encourage them to attend college. This qualitative study examined the perception of feedback given through the cooperating school district’s evaluation system from both the teacher and the principal viewpoint in order to explore their perceptions of the quality and quantity of feedback given during the evaluation process. Single-site transition-metal doped photocatalysts are a class of materials in which small transition-metal oxide clusters are embedded onto the surface of zeolites, graphene, and bulk semiconductors. Experimental findings demonstrate that VO4, CrO4, NbO4, and WO4 clusters embedded on an MCM- 41 mesoporous amorphous SiO2 are effective photocatalysts for oxidative reactions. The selective direct partial oxidation of methane (POM) to form methanol is essential for efficiently utilizing natural gas. The Supreme Court’s 2020 holding in Bostock v. Clayton County monumentally altered the availability of employment discrimination claims under Title VII to individuals identifying as members of the LGBTQ+ community. The Court did so by finding that the meaning of Title VII’s prohibition of workplace discrimination “because of sex” includes discrimination against individuals on the basis of their homosexual or transgender statuses. The effects of this decision on other aspects of employment litigation are still uncertain.

Pre-Bostock, transgender and non-binary individuals were largely left without a legal remedy under Title VII for hostile work environment sexual harassment claims. …

Over the last four decades, public sentiment regarding marijuana has changed drastically. Many states now allow medicinal marijuana to be prescribed and consumed, while some even permit recreational use. The federal government, as both sovereign and employer, is behind the curve. In both roles, the federal government has failed to act meaningfully. Lax enforcement and the shift in public sentiment will force Congress and the President to enact some significant changes to marijuana law in the very near future.
