The Continuum Robot for Finger Rehabilitation is a multi-jointed wire-actuated apparatus that can be used for practicing individual finger joint movements, as to improve the muscle memory and motor movement of the user’s finger. The specific criteria required by this project includes individual finger segment actuation, finger size adjustability, abduction/adduction finger movement, and fully engaging the user finger muscles for full movement rehabilitation.

The two main methods used outside of this research are insufficient: 1) The use of high-frequency (600 – 2000 kHz) sound waves by way of side-scan sonar; 2) Using geophysics to identify landmarks that could have attracted pre-contact (indigenous) people. MPI provides the most widely used message passing model for inter-node communication. Many programmers use both Kokkos and the Message Passing Interface (MPI) together. In this thesis, Kokkos is integrated within an MPI im- plementation to obtain performance and functionality benefits both for the MPI itself, and for applications that use both Kokkos+MPI. The high cost of course materials has been shown to have a detrimental effect on the educational outcomes of students in higher education. This survey explores how high course materials costs affect UTC students at all levels. Preliminary results will be presented, placing UTC within the context of national surveys which have shown that course material costs are a burden to students and play a significant role in academic decisions. Moreover, the effects of high course materials costs have been shown to have a disproportionate impact on historically marginalized populations.

This study examined economic growth (RGDP) in relation to internal debt (INDT), external debt (EXDT), interest rate (RINR), exchange rate (REXR) and trade openness (OPEN) in the presence of multicollinearity and outlier. A quarterly data gathered from Central Bank of Nigeria from 1986 to 2021 were used. Exploratory data analysis and diagnostic carried out using variance inflation factor and Grubb’s test revealed linear relation among the variables under investigation and ascertained the presence of multicollinearity and outlier in the data set. This tool may be useful for grafting other small diameter woody plant species. This jig can be used by non-experts to simplify and standardize the initial cuts necessary for side grafting small-diameter American beech. The initial file which is suitable for 3D printing is available here, whereas we have the intention of undergoing iterative revisions to refine the tool, considering different sizes and modifications. Future versions will be added through the same avenue as advancements are made.
