This study examines the translation strategies employed by Musixmatch in translating the lyrics of The Satanist by Behemoth from English into Indonesian. Using a qualitative descriptive case study approach, the research analyzes nine translated songs through the theoretical frameworks of Peter Newmark and Vinay and Darbelnet, while also incorporating contemporary perspectives from digital translation studies, machine translation, and ideological translation. The findings indicate that Musixmatch predominantly applies literal translation strategies in transferring religious terminology, symbolic expressions, and intertextual references. World models are being built twice, from opposite ends, without a shared theory of how the two halves should meet. One lineage grounds the world model in perception: a self-supervised, latent-predictive encoder – exemplified by Joint Embedding Predictive Architectures (JEPA) – that learns the structure of sensory experi-ence. A second, older lineage grounds the world model in cognition: an explicit, inspectable structure of entities, rules, and constraints, ranging from knowledge graphs to formal logic to physical law. Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD), or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, is a rare, self-limiting condition characterized by cervical lymphadenopathy, fever, and night sweats. Although KFD is most commonly reported in young Asian women, cases have emerged globally, including among non-Asian populations. The etiology remains unclear, with viral and autoimmune triggers, such as Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), being commonly proposed. Diagnosing KFD is challenging due to its overlapping symptoms with more severe conditions like tuberculosis, malignancies, and autoimmune disorders. Diagnosis typically requires an excisional lymph node biopsy due to the insufficiency of noninvasive methods.

Health promotion in tertiary music education lacks shared guidance despite rising concern for musicians’ well-being. This position paper addresses that gap with a consensus-based, evidence-informed framework developed by 122 contributors across six continents and a variety of disciplines, including musicians and student representatives. It advances a broad understanding of health—physical, psychological, social, cultural, and occupational—and positions health promotion as integral to musicking rather than an add-on. This study investigates the transformation of discarded motorcycle shock absorber material into an alternative material for producing pamor in traditional Javanese keris craftsmanship from the interdisciplinary perspectives of material culture, visual aesthetics, and sustainable craft practice. A practice-based research approach combined with descriptive qualitative methods was employed through material exploration, traditional forging experiments, pamor formation, keris production, visual observation, and cultural interpretation. The findings demonstrate that discarded motorcycle shock absorber material can be incorporated into the traditional forging process to produce stable, layered pamor patterns. These programs are designed to prepare prelicensure nurses to enter the workforce in as little as 11 to 18 months. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a vaccine education module (VEM) on college freshmen’s intended vaccination behaviors, vaccine-related perceptions, and vaccine knowledge. Although vaccine requirements for university students are a vital public health strategy, most institutions in the United States do not mandate all recommended immunizations. In today’s environment, where vaccine misinformation and hesitancy remain common, understanding how evidence-based education influences vaccine attitudes is increasingly important. A pre-COVID-19 study showed that a VEM improved students’ vaccine beliefs and intentions; this study assessed these outcomes in a post-COVID-19 context.

This article helps military lawyers work with allies.  By comparing the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) Manuals printed by the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia, this article identifies consequential differences in the interpretation of LOAC between these five countries.  The article discusses four such differences: definitions of foundational principles, incursion into a neutral or nonparticipating State during a conflict, the role of doubt in making targeting decisions, and the degree of protection accorded to the environment from the effects of attacks.  While these differences point to possible challenges for cooperation between the United States and its …

Nursing students often report limited exposure to donor referral processes, brain death determination, and communication with organ procurement organizations. Low baseline knowledge and confidence highlight the need for structured educational interventions (Alwesmi et al., 2023; Bertocchi et al., 2025). Responding to nursing education priorities, the curriculum prepares learners to address persistent health disparities within increasingly interconnected global and local systems. Guided by the AACN Essentials framework, the model integrates didactic coursework, community-engaged learning, and global experiential opportunities to deepen understanding of social and structural determinants of health, population health principles, and culturally responsive practice.

Modafinil is a central-acting wakefulness-promoting agent approved for narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, and shift-work sleep disorder and is increasingly prescribed off-label for several neuropsychiatric conditions. Due to its favorable safety profile and lower abuse potential compared with other psychostimulants, modafinil has been increasingly used in treatment for narcolepsy and similar sleep disorders. While its safety profile is generally applauded, there have been an increasing number of case reports detailing rare neuropsychiatric adverse effects associated with modafinil exposure.
