This study attempts to build a bridge over a gap in research regarding how to measure children with cognitive disabilities’ understanding of the gospel, also incorporating information about ministry structure, caregiver responsibility, and methods for presenting the gospel. College adjustment is the way incoming and continuing college students cope with the demands of college life, including academic, mental, socioemotional, and developmental components. The purpose of this research project is to determine whether the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on college students' ability to adjust to college living across three distinct phases: pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, and post-pandemic. A cross-sectional sample of 1,515 participants from Georgia Southern University completed the Wooster-Wickline College Adjustment Test (WOWCAT; Wickline et al., 2009) between 2019-2024, which was administered online via Qualtrics, a secure web-based survey platform. Yeast are eukaryotic, single-celled microorganisms that are members of Kingdom Fungi, and in the world of dietary supplements, yeast qualify as a dietary ingredient as a botanical. During fermentation, yeast naturally produce byproducts that can be harvested, purified, and sold in a dietary supplement. Advances in biotechnology have allowed for genetic modification of yeast so that yeast can produce large quantities of native or non-native constituents during fermentation, effectively making yeast a “microbial factory” for various chemicals. This disclosure describes a modular experimental platform combining vortex-structured microfluidic channel geometry with externally applied acoustic field modulation to actively control microscale fluid transport. The system is designed to evaluate whether hybrid passive–active flow structuring can reduce clogging, improve particle dispersion, and increase transport stability in laminar microfluidic environments.

The platform integrates PDMS-based microchannels (straight, vortex/spiral, and redundant branching geometries) with a phased piezoelectric transducer array capable of generating continuous, pulsed, and phase-shifted acoustic fields. Addendum 4 analysed ALLFROMAIR® system performance under clear-sky conditions using passive radiative cooling. A critical operational extension is fog — a phenomenon occurring several hours per day across a wide range of climates, including coastal deserts. During fog periods, the wire-forest electrode structure already present in the system functions directly as a high-efficiency fog collector. The DEP field provides a modest additional steering correction for the larger droplets in the fog size distribution, and vibration-desorption ensures continuous drainage.

This addendum introduces a critical architectural extension of the ALLFROMAIR® system: the integration of passive radiative cooling directly into the electrode structure. Analysis of the original wire-forest configuration demonstrated that the Modified Kelvin–Thomson (MKT) effect at operational field strengths (E ≈ 1.67 MV/m) produces a bulk vapour-pressure reduction of approximately 7.2 × 10⁻⁶ (0.00072 %) — insufficient as the sole condensation driving force in sub-saturated air. The solution presented here is to supply a temperature gradient through passive infrared radiative cooling of the electrode surface, requiring no moving parts and consuming no electrical energy.

Atmospheric moisture constitutes an essentially inexhaustible global resource of fresh water, exceeding the total volume in the Earth’s rivers by a factor of six. However, traditional techniques for atmospheric water harvesting (AWH) rely on either sensible dew point cooling—which incurs prohibitive thermodynamic energy costs due to the latent heat of phase change combined with the cooling of inert atmospheric gases—or passive collection nets that are strictly limited by aerodynamic streamlines and the Stokes number for capturing macroscopic fog droplets.

This document describes an acoustic camouflage system that provides localized acoustic privacy during voice-based interactions with a computing device, such as a laptop computer, smart phone, mobile device, tablet, or wearable computing device, etc. To provide sound masking and speech obfuscation, the computing device generates a synthetic masking signal that blends an inverse audio wave of the user's speech into existing ambient or environmental noise.
