Objective Superfine cement-based grouting materials generally suffer from limitations including high bleeding rates, unfavourable rheological properties, poor stability, and strength retrogression. Background: This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational governance capacity (OGC) and organizational resilience (OR) in hospitals, with a focus on cross-institutional differences.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1,143 employees from six hospital types in Istanbul, including university, Ministry of Health (state, training and research, and city), and private hospitals. Validated scales were used to measure OGC and OR. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, nonparametric tests, and structural equation modeling (SEM) to assess the relationships between these dimensions.

Calcium channel blockers (CCBs) are frequently used in the emergency department and intensive care unit for a wide range of critical conditions, including atrial fibrillation, hypertensive emergencies, acute pulmonary edema with sympathetic crashing, pulmonary hypertension, and vasospastic syndromes. However, their toxicity can lead to significant hemodynamic compromise, underscoring the importance of understanding their pharmacologic effects and safety profile. This review summarizes the current applications of CCBs in critically ill patients, evaluates their safety in congestive heart failure, and highlights emerging therapeutic roles and recent advances in the management of CCB toxicity.

This study presents a descriptive reading of the ecological orientation implicit in the linguistic thought of Ibn Jinnī (d. 1002), as articulated in his work (Al-Khaṣāʼiṣ). It traces how language development is conceived in relation to environmental and social conditions, without imposing modern theoretical frameworks retrospectively. The study situates this heritage-based conception alongside contemporary discussions of the language–environment relationship, particularly the ecology of language proposed by Einar Haugen and the ecological models of language evolution developed by Salikoko S. This study investigates how translators navigate culture-specific items (CSIs) between Arabic and English across two contrasting domains: children's storybooks and courtroom materials in Saudi Arabia. It employs a corpus-based descriptive approach to examine authentic published translations drawn from selected Arabic children's storybooks and official courtroom materials available through the Saudi Ministry of Justice. This approach enables the study to identify patterns in translators' strategies and the contextual factors that shape them. The analysis reveals that translators in children's literature predominantly employ adaptation, paraphrase, and explicitness to ensure accessibility and reader engagement. Scholarship on Arab American literature frequently follows a linear decline from Mahjar-era optimism to the disappointments of post-9/11. This article complicates that trajectory by reading Khalil Gibran's The Broken Wings (1912) and Laila Halaby's Once in a Promised Land (2007) as stages of a negative dialectic—contradiction held in tension without resolution. Gibran envisions America as a sanctuary unreached by the hands of the thieves, where the self might be understood correctly rather than sorted into hostile categories. The present article aims to evaluate the utility of DBT in addressing emotional dysregulation and maladaptive behavioral patterns across a range of clinical populations. The analysis encompasses assessment and case conceptualization, intervention strategies, evaluation of therapeutic outcomes, and termination protocols. Consideration is also given to the implementation of DBT in group settings and the influence of cultural factors on its effectiveness.
