Some spreadable cheese packaging uses flexible plastic without additional features and easily damaged boxes. This packaging causes several problems, such as difficulty in re-storage, loss of product information due to damaged box packaging, wasteful use of packaging materials, and making the product less hygienic. The purpose of this study is to develop packaging that focuses on consumer emotions. The packaging was developed using the Kansei Engineering method, supported by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) as a determinant of the design concept, and Quantification Theory Type 1 (QTT1) to identify design elements. Through comparative analysis of leading LLM implementations, this research determines their capabilities in creating honeypots that balance authenticity with practical resource requirements. Falls remain a significant safety concern in skilled nursing facilities and are associated with increased morbidity, hospitalization, and loss of independence among older adults. While fall prevention strategies are widely implemented, inconsistent post-fall follow up and incomplete documentation can negatively impact residents and the facility. At a moderate-sized skilled nursing facility in central Minnesota, a review of recent fall reports identified inconsistencies in post-fall follow-up documentation, as well as gaps in staff education and the absence of a clearly defined post-fall documentation policy. Purpose: This is the first paper to investigate how ownership structure influences ESG greenwashing, with a focus on the moderating role of information asymmetry. The study is set in Vietnam’s stock market, where state ownership remains significant and disclosure standards are still developing.

Design/Methodology/Approach: We construct a unique hand-collected dataset of annual reports from listed firms between 2020 and 2024. Greenwashing is measured using both disclosure–performance gaps and narrative-based textual analysis. Ordinary least squares and two-stage least squares regressions are employed, with robustness checks using alternative proxies for information asymmetry.

Methodology: A qualitative study (IDI) was conducted using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were carried out using ICT tools among managers in Polish enterprises (N=13) and analysed using MAXQDA software. The data were complemented by literature review. Inductive reasoning was used.

In 2024, the GLINT survey conducted in our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) showed a psychological safety score of 61 out of 100, with nurses reporting avoidance of speaking up because they feared negative reactions from physicians and leadership. These results identified a critical need for leadership interventions.

Accurate disease classification from radiology reports is essential for many applications. While supervised fine-tuning (SFT) of lightweight LLMs improves accuracy, it can degrade reasoning. We propose a two-stage approach: SFT on disease labels followed by Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) to refine predictions by optimizing accuracy and format without reasoning supervision. Across three radiologist-annotated datasets, SFT outperformed baselines and GRPO further improved classification and enhanced reasoning recall and comprehensiveness.
