Energy management of microgrids faces the dual challenges of poor adaptability to dynamic environments and insufficient safety in the training process. Traditional model-based energy optimization methods rely heavily on the accurate parameters of microgrids, making it difficult to cope with the dynamic changes of microgrids. A distribution network can be divided into small-scale microgrids to respond effectively to system disturbances. This flexible structural change not only facilitates fast fault recovery, but also ensures the supply of critical loads. To solve the problem of voltage mismatch among photovoltaic systems, fuel cells, and high-voltage direct current (DC) buses, a soft-switching high voltage gain DC-DC converter based on a coupled inductor is proposed, which is suitable for non-isolated input-output scenarios. Employers, veteran service organizations, and families are concerned that without comprehensive onboarding programs, veterans’ adjustment and retention will suffer. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan kesejahteraan psikososial lansia melalui terapi reminiscence berbasis warisan budaya. Program dilaksanakan pada 40 lansia di Posbindu RW 08 Kelurahan Pancoran Mas dengan metode pemberian materi budaya lokal, diskusi kelompok terpumpun, dan refleksi pengalaman hidup menggunakan media visual berupa foto landmark dan tradisi budaya. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi selama kegiatan. Background: Maine has a rising incidence of melanoma with 746 cases reported in 2013, 984 cases in 2018, and 1130 cases in 2022. At the same time, Maine faces a shortage of dermatology providers, limiting access to timely care. Early detection and prompt treatment are critical, as they are strongly associated with improved melanoma survival rates. Partnerships between dermatology and primary care are important to bridging this gap.

Artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly transforms biological research and STEM education by enabling automated data collection and analysis. In order to teach students about biodiversity monitoring, data validation, and the importance of human oversight in machine learning, we created an activity utilizing Birdbuddy, a commercially available AI-enabled bird feeder. Students set up feeders in their local surroundings, gather automatically produced photos and species identifications, and verify the data collected to assess the accuracy of AI outputs. The activities promote conversation on AI bias and inaccuracy while highlighting transferable skills like ecological analysis, spreadsheet management, and experimental design. Research Aims: This study investigates how cognitive and affective mechanisms jointly shape impulse buying intentions in live e-commerce environments, using the Cognitive-Affective-Conative (CAC) model, with a focus on Southeast Asian consumers.

Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted with 430 respondents from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Data were gathered from participants with recent live-shopping experience on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS was employed to test the proposed relationships.

Research Aims: This study aims to analyse the influence of top management's commitment on competitive advantage through supply chain digitalisation, responsiveness, and resiliency.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to manufacturing practitioners with a minimum supervisory position. A total of 203 valid questionnaires were analysed. Data processing was performed using SmartPLS version 4.0 to test measurement and structural models.

Research Findings: The study results indicate that eight hypotheses are accepted and one is rejected. Research Aims: This study examines AI deployment and social support in fostering customer value co-creation and customer stickiness towards S-commerce applications in online shopping.

Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employed a cross-sectional survey design, incorporating purposive and snowball sampling, and a sample size of 625 participants. PLS-SEM and NCA were utilised to test the hypotheses of this study.

Research Aims: This study aims to examine how directors’ networks (DIRNET) improve firm performance and how relational capital (RELCAP) helps mediate this relationship in Malaysian public-listed firms.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The adopted research design makes use of secondary data that involves 579 publicly listed firms within the period of 2017-2019. DIRNET and RELCAP measured through social network analysis techniques. Panel regression is applied to test the models and ensure robustness of the research findings.
