Introduction: Adolescence is a critical period for establishing lifelong health habits; however, many unhealthy behaviors, such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, inadequate sleep, and smoking, are common. This study aimed to assess healthy lifestyle behaviors among female adolescents in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Methods: This is a school-based cross-sectional study that examined lifestyle behaviors among 403 female adolescents (ages 15–19) in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Using a multistage stratified cluster sampling method, data were collected through a validated questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS 29. Campylobacter bacteria are the causative agents of human foodborne acute enteric disease, ``campylobacteriosis''. Poultry meat is considered the primary source of this infection. This study was conducted to evaluate the use of multiplex polymerase chain reaction (multiplex PCR) for the direct detection of Campylobacter species from chilled chicken livers without an enrichment step, in comparison with the traditional culture-based method. This review provides a critical and mechanism-oriented analysis of recent progress in azo-polymer cathodes, with particular emphasis on molecular design strategies, structure-property-performance relationships, and Zn2+ storage mechanisms. This investigation elucidate procedure to assessments trace cadmium (II), Lead (II), copper (II) and zinc(II) ions in an indoor airborne particulate substance sample by square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). Various experimental trials, which affected the sensitivity of carbon paste electrode (CPE) to these metallic ions, were adjusted. Lower limit of detection of four metal ions were 0.02, 0.3, 0.03 and 0.09 μg/Kg for cadmium (II), Lead (II), copper (II) and zinc(II), respectively, with great accuracy (standard deviation is below 3 %). respectively, with identical accuracy. Abstract

This document describes the technical functionality of a novel design software named "SBO" (Steel Building Optimizer). SBO is a MATLAB-based software that optimizes both the weight and the total welding length of steel buildings while automatically verifying serviceability limits. The software employs a proprietary evolutionary algorithm—named "Gradual Evolution Algorithm (GEA)"—developed by the author, alongside the Genetic Algorithm (GA) in a secondary optimization role.
