The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of CrossFit training on some physiological variables (anaerobic power, anaerobic capacity and maximal oxygen consumption) among participants at Hebron’s fitness centers. A total of 38 male subjects were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group (n=19) and control group (n=19). The researcher used the experimental method in the design of experimental and control groups, with the training program applied to the experimental group only. Linguistic meanings had settled in language Lexicons, and that the terminological meanings had settled in specialized heritage books. This work aimed to observe the syntactical definitions in the Lexicon of Ibn Sidah (dated 1066), entitled "The Perfect And The Greatest Ocean" (Almuhkam Walmuhit Al'aezam), by analyzing and authentication. The findings of the research revealed a strong relationship between Grammar and this Lexicon, and a strong link between the terminological and linguistic meaning. The research also clarified Ibn Sidah's interest in some syntactical definitions in his Lexicon.

Logicians (i.e. “Al-Mutakalimoun”) utilized various arguments to justify their exegesis position of the Quran text that is different from traditional ancestral scholars. Some of these arguments were regarding cases of belief, especially God’s attributes.
