This study aimed to identify the attitudes of the Kuwaiti audience towards the performance of the official spokesperson of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health (MOH), during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted with a convenience sample consisting of 1201 respondents, of which 52.9% were males and 47.1% were females, with an age range of 17-70 years (m=34.78, SD=11.75). This study will seek to show the argumentation methods in the preface sections of Arabic rhetoric books: that Abdul-Qahir Al-Jarjani used while consolidating the preface of his book ‘Dlaa'l Alaa'jaz’, and defending the adopted theses, and contradicting the opposition to it. As a result, the study follows three routes. The first route shows the argumentation strategy dominating the preface and is the subject of the introduction. The second route shows the argumentation techniques related to the content, while the third route shows the argumentation techniques related to the figure. This study aims to investigate the functional significance of transitivity in Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea, depending upon Halliday’s Systemicfunctional Grammar (SFG). Transitivity is a set of grammatical choices made by language users to express their experiences. These goings-on are realised by the verb type in the clause. The study aimed to identify the role of non-current assets’ fair value in determining audit fees, in addition to studying the impact of non-current assets’ fair value on audit fees. This was achieved through different valuation methods and the corporate governance represented by board independence for the period of 2013 to 2018. Suprasegmental features are fundamental properties of speech that can enhance the performance of many natural speech processing applications. This study aims to measure the impact that audit committees have on earnings management for companies listed on Tadawul Stock Exchange. The sample includes firms in the basic materials sector for the years 2017 and 2018. The modified Jones model is used to investigate the impact of audit committee characteristics (independence, financial expertise, size, number of meetings, and percentage of shares owned) on earnings management. It also investigated whether students’ educational level or teachers’ computer skills significantly affected teachers’ views. The study applied the mixed-method approach, whereby a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 384 teachers, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with five teachers. This paper investigates the impacts of increasing prices on the following sectors in Saudi Arabia: electricity, gas, water, manufacturing, agriculture, transport, storage, and communications. It evaluates the changes in producer and consumer prices and household living expenses. The Saudi Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) was developed along with a price multiplier approach used to analyze different simulations. Two findings stand out.
