A Charging Function (CHF) enables a control option on the Session Management Function (SMF) where it can consolidate a Used Unit Container (UUC) if multiple UUCs with the same Resource Group (RG) and Service ID (ServID) are present in the ChargingDataReq message. Once this control is implemented, if the SMF sends a ChargingDataReq message with multiple UUCs having the same RG/ServID and SessionCtx, the SMF will merge the usage of these UUCs into a single UUC. This will help reduce the payload size of the signaling from SMF to CHF to Charging Gateway Function (CGF) to the Billing Domain. Additionally, …

Partially Identified Heteroskedastic Svars, Emanuele Bacchiocchi, Andrea Bastianin, Toru Kitagawa, Elisabetta Mirto
Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei Working Papers
This paper presents new results on the identification of heteroskedastic structural vector autoregressive (HSVAR) models. Point identification of HSVAR models fails when some shifts in the variances of the structural shocks are suspected to be statistically indistinguishable from each other. This paper presents a new strategy that allows researchers to continue using HSVAR models in this empirically relevant case. We show that a combination of heteroskedasticity and zero restrictions can recover point identification in HSVAR models even in the absence of heterogeneous variance shifts. We derive the identified sets for impulse responses and show how to compute them. We perform …

Factors Influencing The Productivity And Technology Optimization Of Horizontal Wells For Moderately Deep Coalbed Methane In The Northern Zhengzhuang Block, Zhang Cong, Li Kexin, Jia Huimin, Zhang Wuchang, Yang Ruiqiang, Li Jun, Wang Qi, Hou Weiming
Coal Geology & Exploration
[Objective] Hydraulic fracturing of vertical wells was adopted during the early production of moderately deep coalbed methane (CBM) of the northern Zhengzhuang block in the Qinshui Basin, generally yielding low productivity and inefficiency. In contrast, single-casing fracturing of horizontal wells has increased the single-well production to 10‒50 times that of vertical wells, establishing horizontal wells as the dominant development well type. However, the horizontal wells differ greatly in CBM production. This study aims to determine the factors influencing the productivity of horizontal wells using staged fracturing for moderately deep CBM in the northern Zhengzhuang block and improve the production performance. …
