Background: Current computational models in structural biology and therapeutic target discovery rely heavily on probabilistic heuristics and 60Hz grid alignment. This high-entropy approach creates severe semantic turbulence when attempting to drug intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) or stabilize neurodegenerative aggregates. We propose a departure from probabilistic simulation in favor of Topological Certainty.

This disclosure describes a cryptographic identity document architecture enabling offline content decryption and issuer-mediated access control through Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP, RFC 6238) derived symmetric keys, without reliance on any server, certificate authority, or pre- shared key material at decryption time. Modern AI coding systems are predominantly reactive, prompt-conditioned, session-bound, and human-supervised. They generate outputs in response to explicit requests but do not persistently evolve software systems over time without user initiation. This paper introduces the Ghost Developer Protocol (GDP), a conceptual and architectural framework in which software repositories contain persistent autonomous engineering entities that continuously observe, simulate, and modify systems without external prompts. After receiving comments from the Commission and the additional filing of amendments to the prospectus, the offering of about 15.2 million shares was priced before market opening on September 12, 2025, at $28 per share. Climate change poses a significant threat to the health and safety of New Jersey’s coastal communities. Scientists predict rising sea levels and intensifying storms will bring increased flooding, erosion, and other climate-driven coastal hazards. In January 2026, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (“NJDEP”) adopted the Resilient Environments and Landscapes (“REAL”) rule amendments. While the REAL rules made New Jersey the first state to adopt forward-looking climate-adaptation land-use regulations, New Jersey’s economic and environmental interests conflict. As more consumers become informed about climate change and their own environmental impact, more businesses begin to market their products as “green,” “eco-friendly,” or “sustainable.” However, not all products marketed as environmentally friendly1 actually are; greenwashing, the deceptive marketing practices that misrepresent or exaggerate a product’s or service’s environmental benefits, is on the rise. Environmental hazards cause significant harm across society, with certain communities bearing the brunt of these burdens. In response, environmental advocates formed the environmental justice movement to promote equal environmental treatment for all. Closely related to this concept of environmental justice is environmental racism, which focuses on how people of color are disproportionately affected by environmental risks. While efforts to address environmental justice and racism have led to some successes, they have not fully addressed the persistent challenges affecting communities of color.

Tool use and physical reasoning are often assumed to rely on shared cognitive and neural mechanisms. At some level, this correspondence is expected: using an object typically requires understanding its physical properties. However, both capacities are complex and multicomponential, so the relationship between them may vary across levels of representation and task demands. Here, we asked whether third-person physical reasoning about object dynamics can dissociate from tool use (i.e., performing a tool's typical action) in individuals with left-hemisphere stroke. This DNP project focused on reducing the fall rate in a medical intermediate care unit by half, from 1.81 falls per 1000 patient days to 0.91 falls per 1000 patient days.

This study explored how middle school principals understand and support students of color with disabilities (SOCWD) on comprehensive school campuses. This topic is deeply personal and professional, shaped by my experiences as a mother, special education teacher, and district leader who has witnessed ongoing challenges in how schools serve students with disabilities, especially Black and Brown students. Guided by Disability Critical Race Theory (DisCrit; Annamma et al., 2013) and Social Justice Leadership (Theoharis, 2007), this study examined how race and disability intersect in school systems and influence leadership decisions, practices, and access to opportunity.
