Background: . Autologous fat transfer (AFT) is a well-established technique for cosmetic breast augmentation and reconstructive breast procedures. Historically, however, graft retention has been highly variable. The Viality™ system (Tiger Aesthetics Medical, Conshohocken, PA) is an FDA-cleared, in-line fat processing device designed to concentrate viable adipocytes, improving retention.

Methods: . In this prospective, 14-center study (NCT05258305), 190 patients underwent AFT for cosmetic (n=85) or reconstructive (n=105) breast procedures. Congress and presidents have clashed over yearly funding awarded to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) throughout the existence of the government agency. Although presidents have routinely requested funding cuts in their annual budget proposals, Congress has steadily increased the amount of congressionally directed funding NIH receives yearly. Outlined in the Constitution, Congress holds the “power of the purse”; therefore, the legislative body provides federal funding for NIH and other executive departments.1 However, presidents have repeatedly attempted to rescind funds to NIH without congressional approval through impoundment. Insomnia disorder is the most reported sleep disorder and can negatively affect daily functioning. Acquired brain injuries can lead to insomnia disorder. Limited research has explored a causal link between brain networks and insomnia symptoms in this population. This study replicated a lesion network mapping methodology of an insomnia study (Helquist et al., 2024) and extended it to examine structural networks linked to insomnia symptoms in individuals with acquired brain injuries. The current study examined whether baseline demographic and clinical characteristics moderate the effectiveness of the Transdiagnostic Sleep and Circadian (TSC) intervention in improving adolescent circadian sleep health. Using an integrative data analysis approach, data from three independent adolescent samples (N = 134; ages 10-18) were pooled to evaluate changes across multidimensional sleep outcomes defined by the RU-SATED model of sleep, including regularity, satisfaction, alertness, timing, efficiency, and duration. Linear mixed-effects models were used to assess pre-to-post intervention changes and test moderation by age, sex, family income, and clinical status. Background: Global migration has heightened the need to understand how cultural transitions influence body image and eating behaviors. In the U.S., Chinese international students represent one of the largest migrant student groups, with women showing particular vulnerability to body image concerns and disordered eating. Yet, the ways in which cultural transition and acculturative stress shape these outcomes remain insufficiently studied.

Nepal has undergone significant land-use and land-cover (LULC) changes from 2000 to 2020, driven by urbanization, agricultural shifts, and broader socioeconomic dynamics. This study analyzes historical changes and projects LULC dynamics for 2030, 2040, and 2050 across four scenarios: Business-as-Usual (BAU), Rapid Urban Development (RUD), Forest Degradation and Terai Contraction (FDTC), and Agricultural Land Abandonment and Ecological Recovery (ALER). A CA-Markov modeling framework in TerrSet was used to simulate future land-use patterns, utilizing scenario-specific transition probability matrices and spatial constraints to reflect different socio-economic and policy assumptions. Computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and bone scintigraphy are utilized to diagnose and stage prostate cancer. There is a growing interest in the utilization of prostate-specific membrane antigen-positive emission tomography (PSMA PET) scans for the diagnosis and monitoring of prostate cancer. Here, we present a case of biopsy-proven prostate cancer with solitary focal splenic uptake on PSMA PET initially concerning for splenic metastasis. Further imaging with MRI indicated a benign splenic etiology in this case. The patient underwent radiation therapy (RT) and initiated two years of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for high-risk localized prostate adenocarcinoma. The patient’s prostate-specific …

The automotive industry depends on high-quality paint coatings for both aesthetic appeal and functional performance. However, surface imperfections such as scratches, paint runs, and orange peel can arise from process and environmental variations. This study employs machine learning (ML) and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key factors that influence surface defect formation in automotive painting. Using historical production data from Lucky Motor Corporation Limited, models based on linear regression, support vector machines (SVM), and random forests were developed and validated under various process conditions. This study examined the perspectives of academic librarians on the integration of indoor gardens into library spaces. Data were obtained from 33 librarians through the use of a structured questionnaire. The collected data showed that 78.8% of the respondents indicated a favourable attitude towards garden integration. The respondents identified a number of benefits that academic libraries could derive from garden integration, including aesthetic appeal, environmental awareness, student well-being, and improved learning. Among the challenges stated were space constraints, maintenance demands, budgetary allocations, and a lack of horticultural expertise.
