The comparative analysis of the structural and characteristic aspects of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia and Malaysia highlights differences in their approaches to managing these state-owned companies. In Indonesia, BUMN are regulated by Law No. 19 of 2003, which divides BUMN into Persero and Perum. However, bureaucratic structures with strict hierarchies and political intervention often hinder market efficiency and responsiveness. Meanwhile, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia, under the supervision of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, demonstrate a more streamlined and flexible structure. The Qualitative Report

This collaborative autoethnography analyzes the role of self-efficacy within our teacher identity crisis. As English teachers in training, we have experienced situations inside and outside the classroom that motivated a professional identity crisis and led us questioning our efficacy as teachers. Through this study we explore the intricacies of our very own selves as prospective English teachers. We blended storytelling and analysis through a set of data generation procedures that included collaborative witnessing, written personal narratives and semi-structured interviews, which allowed us to co-construct our stories. Plant genetic diversity aids in the creation of new varieties that are more resistant to pests and unfavorable climatic conditions. In order to discover varied parents and assess their cross-performance, the current study was carried out. The findings showed a substantial positive connection (0.81) between green bolls, plant height (0.57), and open bolls, as well as a significant positive correlation (0.52) between open bolls. Herbivore's attack stimulates chemical production in the plants; that communicates with natural enemies (chemical communication) and urges them for help (i.e. cry-for-help phenomenon). Such chemicals play an important role to attract the parasitoids and increase the chances of host pests' encounter. In present study the testicular histo-ameliorations of wild olive (Olea ferruginea) fruit pulp extract (OFPE) against intra-gastric CCl₄ exposure in mice was investigated. Thirty male albino mice were allocated into three groups of ten each: 1) Vehicle control (Vc); 2) CCl₄ (C); and 3) CCl₄+ Olea ferruginea (COf). Potassium dichromate (K₂CR₂O₇) contains hexavalent chromium that was tested for cardiac and splenic histopathology and micro anatomical and morphometric analysis at sub-toxic chronic exposure in drinking water in mice at 50 ppm, 100 ppm and 200 ppm concentration.
