Human Capital As A Driving Force For Economic Growth In Gcc Countries: Pooled Mean Group Estimation, Mohamed Sharif Bashir Elsharif

This study explored the relationship between human capital metrics and economic growth in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries from 2000 to 2022. This research utilized a pooled mean group-autoregressive distributed lag approach to empirically assess the influence of selected macroeconomic factors—specifically human capital, gross capital formation, government expenditure on health and education, and foreign direct investment (FDI)—on gross domestic product. The results indicated that, in the short term, all human capital indicators positively impacted economic growth, except for FDI. Introduction and Background

Detailed information about caregivers is crucial for planning disposition from emergency departments (EDs), but it is unclear what specific information is useful for ED clinicians and how that information should be presented.

Methods

We used a Design Thinking approach to develop a standardized format—which we call a “Best Possible Caregiver History” (BPCH)—for displaying useful caregiver information to ED clinicians. The key steps of this approach are needfinding, followed by iterative cycles of ideation, rapid prototyping, and testing. The research adopted a qualitative case study research design and engaged stakeholders from Senior High Schools (SHS) across Ghana. Fifty-six participants from five selected schools were purposefully sampled to represent diverse perspectives, including administrators, teachers, parents, and community members. The data collection methods involved semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews to elicit comprehensive insights. Thematic analysis was employed to discern recurring patterns and themes within the data, facilitating a comprehensive exploration of infrastructural deficits in mission schools. Egypt is famous for its fish wealth, given its large coasts and freshwater resources, especially of Nile Tilapia and Mugilid fish. It was estimated that domestic fish production increased from 889 thousand tonnes in 2005 to 1620 thousand tonnes in 2016. Thousands of tonnes of fish are consumed yearly, generating substantial amounts of fish waste and residues. Some 26% of the fish consumed is a typical waste. Fish wastes have a significant role in many processes and applications. They are used as feedstock for producing fish meals, a major by-product of fish waste oil. Fish oil is extracted for medical …

It was a cross-sectional and observational study, in which data was gathered from 900 university students by convenient sampling technique in Lahore. The duration of research was from May 2021 to Dec 2021. The adverse reactions caused due to different fruits were recorded on a questionnaire. This study was conducted to examine the effect of bypass fat supplementation on milk production, composition, and body weight gain in Nili Ravi Buffaloes living in the unique geo-climatic conditions of Southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Twenty lactating Nili Ravi buffaloes were randomly assigned to control and bypass fat supplementation groups in randomized, controlled experiment. Over the course of three months, data were collected on milk yield, milk composition, and body weight while environmental factors were considered. Bovine tuberculosis (bTB) is zoonotic disease of global concern, affecting both animal and human populations. To estimate the prevalence of bovine TB in District Dera Ismail Khan and identify associated risk factors. A total of 138 cattle from different herds were included in the survey, and diagnostic tests, including the tuberculin skin test and Ziehl Neelsen stain, were employed. The results revealed a high prevalence of bovine TB, with an estimated prevalence of 10.87 % in the study area. This study aimed to compare the effects of different conservation methods on the biochemical quality and antioxidant activity of mint, celery, parsley, and laurel. The plants were subjected to oven-drying at two temperatures (30 and 50°C), microwave drying at different powers (100, 300 and 600W), refrigeration for 24 hours, and freezing for 24 hours, 7 days and 40 days). BACKGROUND: Pancreatic cancer is a serious, usually fatal disease and one of the most aggressive malignancies. Research into whether hormone replacement therapy (HRT) might protect against pancreatic cancer has yielded mixed results. This study aimed to investigate the potential association between HRT and the risk of pancreatic cancer in postmenopausal women.

METHODS: This population-based, retrospective study extracted data from the US National Inpatient Sample (NIS) 2008-2018. Hospitalized females aged ≥55 years were eligible for inclusion. Associations between HRT, other study variables, and pancreatic cancer diagnosis were determined using univariate and multivariable regression analyses.

Study Design. Prospective, multicenter, single arm study with 5-year follow up Objective. To report long-term (5-year) safety, effectiveness, and radiographic outcomes after sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion (SIJF) with 3D-printed triangular titanium implants (TTI) and compare them with solid titanium plasma spray coated implants Summary of Background Data. A large literature base supports minimally invasive SIJF with TTI for chronic SIJ dysfunction. Methods. SIJF with TTI was performed in 51 subjects and scheduled follow-up occurred at 3, 6, 12, 24 and 60 months. Postoperative visits included quality of life questionnaires and functional tests. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the association of changes in peripartum blood pressure (BP) with risk for postpartum readmission for hypertension. METHODS: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of birthing individuals delivering from January 1, 2017, to March 1, 2020, in Louisiana. We identified patients with postpartum readmission for hypertension (readmission within 30 days of delivery) and compared BP and clinical and sociodemographic characteristics with those of patients who were not readmitted for hypertension. Four different types of coarse aggregate (Brick Aggregate, Recycled Brick Aggregate, Black Stone and Shingles) and eight types of binding material have been used to perform this investigation. Aggregates were collected and prepared according to the grading requirements of ASTM C33-03. Due to the rise, researchers have undertaken studies on using the internet and SNS-based data with forensic assessments.
