It is based on a memory I have from a clinical rotation, in which someone was diagnosed with cancer with a very poor prognosis. The dark green coating the room and his body represents the overwhelming fear he possibly feels. The blue represents sadness, while the red represents anger.

Fixation On Viruses: Eye-Tracking, Image-Based Agency, And Fear-Appeal Desensitization, Braden Bagley, Lijie Zhou, Hayden Coombs, Matthew Barton

This study examined the effects of image-based assignment of agency (IAA) on COVID-19 and flu fear-appeals by employing eye-tracking technology. Volunteers participated in a 2x2x2 between-groups experiment. Fixation-count and fixation-duration were collected by a Tobii Pro X3-120 Screen-Based Eye-Tracker. After reviewing a fact sheet, participants answered a 29-item survey that included items aligning with the extended parallel process model. The flu/agentic-image/virus-agentic-language message produced significantly higher fixation-frequency to the image and a higher perception of severity than the COVID-19/real-image/human-agentic-language message. Fixation-frequency on the image produced significantly higher fear perceptions, but significantly lower message-quality and message-credibility perceptions. Flu messages led to significantly …

Stigma surrounding non-native American accents in the United States adversely influences the health-related decisions and behaviors of those who speak with such accents. Grounded in stigma management communication theory (SMCT), this study explored how individuals with non-native American accents communicatively manage accent stigma experiences in healthcare situations in the United States through ten semi-structured interviews. SMCT’s strategies of accepting, avoiding, ignoring, evading responsibility, and denying were identified by participants as the management strategies employed when they face stigmatization. This study explores the therapeutic potential of Calligonum comosum extract in alleviating pregabalin (PGB)-induced toxicity in male Wistar rats, with a focus on hepatic, renal, and reproductive health. PGB exposure led to significant biochemical disturbances, including elevated liver enzymes (AST, ALT, LDH), impaired kidney markers (urea, creatinine, uric acid), reduced reproductive hormones (testosterone, FSH, LH), and notable histopathological damage in liver, kidney, and testicular tissues. Treatment with C. comosum extract effectively restored liver and kidney functions and partially corrected hormonal imbalances. This study aimed to develop and optimize composite nanofibrous scaffolds for enhanced wound healing and antimicrobial applications. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers loaded with ethanolic flaxseed extract were fabricated via solution electrospinning. The methodology focused on optimizing key parameters, including polymer-to-extract ratio, swelling ratio, hydrolytic degradation, and nanofiber mean diameter, to achieve superior scaffold properties. The optimized scaffold, with a PVA-to-flaxseed extract weight ratio of 70:30 (PV70:FS30), exhibited bead-free morphology and a mean fiber diameter of 319 nm (compared to 175 nm for pure PVA fibers). Because cephalopods are so different from the vertebrate lineage, their possible consciousness must be assessed on the basis of their heritage and abilities. Cephalopods have evolved in water, a denser medium than air, and their perception is adapted to it. They have inherited the molluscan mantle cavity and hydrostatic muscle type, which has led to a more distributed motor control system despite a centralized brain, and have evolved a completely novel skin display system. Using these abilities, octopuses can form concepts, plan for the future, generate a cognitive map, and self-monitor for apparent pain and manipulate communication. Most cephalopods use …

อุปกรณ์พาสสีพเป็นเครื่องมืออย่างง่ายในการเฝ้าระวังคุณภาพอากาศ อาศัยหลักการแพร่อย่าง อิสระของโมเลกุลสารมลพิษที่สนใจศึกษา และถูกดูดซับบนแผ่นกรองได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์สารที่ถูกดูดซับบนแผ่นกรอง และคำนวณตามกฎการแพร่ข้อแรกของฟิค สามารถหาความเข้มข้นสารมลพิษเฉลี่ยจากระยะเวลาที่รับสัมผัสไต้ การศึกษาเลือกไนโตรเจนไดออกไซด์ (NO₂) เป็นตัวชี้วัดด้วยอุปกรณ์พาสสีพ โดยเลือกศึกษาปัจจัยที่เหมาะสมในการผลิตอุปกรณ์พาสสีพ การเก็บรักษาและทดสอบการใช้งานทั้งในบรรยากาศทั่วไป และในการเผ่าระวังการรับสัมผัสส่วนบุคคล สารเคมีที่เหมาะสมในการเคลือบแผ่นกรอง คือสารละลายผสมระหว่างโซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์กับโซเดียมไอโอไดด์ในเมธานอล โดยใช้แผ่นกรองใยแก้วเป็นสิงกีดขวางฝุ่นหรือสารมลพิษอื่น ซึ่งเงื่อนไขนี้ใช้ในการผลิตอุปกรณ์พาสสีพสำหรับการทดลองต่อ ๆ ไป โดยตรวจหาสารมลพิษที่ถูกดักจับไว้บนแผ่นกรองในรูปไนไตรต์ด้วยวิธียูวีสเปคโตรโฟโตมิเตอร์อุปกรณ์พาสสีพที่เตรียมมีอายุการใช้งานได้ดีภายใน 1 เดือนโดยสามารถเก็บรักษาไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ ปกติ สำหรับการใช้งานอุปกรณ์พาสสิพจากการเปรียบเทียบกับวิธีตรวจวัด NO₂ แบบแอคทีฟภายในอาคารได้ผลสอดคล้องกันเป็นอย่างดีเมื่อใช้เวลารับสัมผัส 290 และ 360 นาที ผลจากการนำอุปกรณ์ พาสีพผลิตตามวิธีที่เหมาะสมไปวัด NO₂ เทียบกับการตรวจวัดโดยวิธีแบบเคมีลูมิเนสเซนต์ ในบรรยากาศทั่วไป ณ บริเวณสถานีตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศการเคหะแห่งชาติ และรามคำแหงของกรมควบคุมมลพิษระหว่างวันที่ 21 ก.พ.-7 มี.ค. 2546 โดยสัมผัสตัวอย่างอากาศใน 24 ชั่วโมง (n = 3, แบลงค์ = 7 ในแต่ละวัน) รวม 14 วัน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันปานกลาง ณ สถานีตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศการเคหะแห่งชาติ (y = 1.2035X - 0.3291, R² = 0.647ึ7) ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ ณ สถานีตรวจวัดรามคำแหงพบว่ามีค่าต่ำกว่าเล็กน้อย (y = 0.59X + 9.8699, R² = 0.6016) ทั้งนี้เนื่องมาจากการตรวจวัดในภาคสนามมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ ส่งผลต่อการดูดซับสารมลพิษบนอุปกรณ์พาสสีพ เช่น ความเร็วลม อุณหภูมิ เมื่อวัดปริมาณ NO₂ ที่บุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างรับสัมผัสด้วยวิธีพาสสีพในช่วง 5 วันต่อเนื่อง สามารถนำมาใช้งานได้ดีเพราะมีขนาดเล็กและไม่รบกวนกิจกรรมปกติของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง

การสำรวจพันธุปลาโดยเครื่องมือจับปลาแบบใช้กระแสไฟฟ้าสุ่มตัวอย่างจาก 8 จุดสำรวจในบึง บอระเพ็ดพบพันธุ์ปลาจำนวน 43 ชนิด แบ่งเป็นพันธุ์ปลาที่พบในเขตหวงห้ามไม่ให้ทำประมงโดยเด็ดขาด จำนวน 34 ชนิด และในเขตที่อนุญาตให้ราษฎรทำการประมงโดยเครื่องมือบางชนิดที่กำหนดได้ จำนวน 25 ชนิด พบว่าในเขตหวงห้ามไม่ให้ทำประมงมีความหลากหลาย ความชุกขุม และน้ำหนักของปลาสูงกว่าใน เขตที่อนุญาตให้ราษฎรทำการประมงโดยเครื่องมือบางชนิดได้ ผลของการจับปลาขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ จำนวนมากอย่างต่อเนื่องในเขตที่อนุญาตให้ราษฎรทำการประมงโดยเครื่องมือบางชนิดได้ มีผลกระทบต่อ สังคมของปลาซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นได้จากค่าสัดส่วนของนาหนักของปลาผู้ล่าต่อน้ำหนักของปลาที่ไม่ใช่ผู้ล่า ดังนั้นการคุ้มครองและการคงไว้ของพื้นที่เขตหวงห้ามไม่ให้ทำประมงและการจัดการสังคมพืชนาประเภทต่างๆ อย่างเหมาะสมจึงเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาบึงบอระเพ็ดเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืน

รายงานวิจัยเรื่อง "เครื่องมือทางสังคม : การจัดการขยะชุมชนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาขยะชุมชน" มีวัตถุประสงค์อยู่ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิด 5Rs คือ Reduce การลดปริมาณขยะ ณ แหล่ง กำเนิด, Reuse การนำวัสดุใช้แล้วกลับมาใช้ซ้ำ, Recycle การนำวัสดุที่ไม่ใช้แล้วไปเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพกลับมาใช้ใหม่, Reject หลีกเลี่ยง/ปฏิเสธใช้วัสดุยากต่อการกำจัด และ Response ตอบรับมาตรการที่นำเสนอด้วยการปฏิบัติตาม เพื่อนำกรอบแนวคิด 5Rs มาสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการขยะ 2 รูปแบบ คือ การคัด แยกขยะ และการเก็บขนขยะ โดยมีหลักการกำหนดรูปแบบดังนี้
รูปแบบการคัดแยกขยะชุมชน แบ่งขยะออกเป็น “ขยะธรรมดา” และ “ขยะอันตราย” ขยะธรรมดาแยกเป็น ขยะมีมูลค่า เพื่อนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป เช่น ขาย หรือนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ ขยะอินทรีย์ นำไปทำปุ๋ยหมัก/อาหารสัตว์และขยะอื่นๆ (ทิ้ง) เทศบาลนำไปกำจัดขยะอันตราย กำหนดให้มีการแยกทิ้ง ต่างหากและนำไปกำจัดด้วยวิธีพิเศษ
รูปแบบการเก็บขนขยะชุมชน การกำหนดรูปแบบการเก็บขนขยะ เพื่อที่จะควบคุมพฤติกรรม ของผู้ทิ้งขยะให้มีการคัดแยกขยะตามประเภท และใช้รูปแบบการเก็บขนขยะชุมชนเป็นตัวกำหนด ดังนี้
1. ขยะอินทรีย์ เก็บทุกวันจันทร์ วันพุธ และวันศุกร์
2. ขยะอื่นๆ (ทิ้ง) เก็บทุกวันอังคาร วันพฤหัสบดีและวันเสาร์
3. ขยะมีมูลค่า เก็บทุกวันอาทิตย์
4. ขยะอันตราย เก็บวันอาทิตย์ หรือเดือนละครั้งหรือสองครั้ง ขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณของขยะอันตรายที่มี

หลักสำคัญของเครื่องมือทางสังคม เป็นการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ให้เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน โดย มุ่งหมายให้ประชาชนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทัศนคติ พฤติกรรม และความเคยชินของประชาชนที่เห็น ความสำคัญของปัญหาขยะชุมชน ปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการคัดแยกขยะจึงเป็นกระบวนการผลิตซ้ำทางความคิดและวัฒนธรรม กล่าวคือจะต้องสร้างกระแสและมีแรงจูงใจ ซึ่งต้องใช้ระยะเวลาที่ต่อเนื่องมากพอ จึงจะประสบผลสำเร็จ
ข้อเสนอแนะ
1) ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์รูปแบบ สนับสนุน สร้างแรงจูงใจระยะยาวและต่อเนื่อง ให้ประชาชน มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการคัดแยกขยะ
2) ควรมีการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคัดแยกขยะธรรมดาออกจากขยะอันตรายให้มาทขึ้น
3) เทศบาลต้องสร้างความมั่นใจในระบบเก็บขนที่ประชาขนคัดแยกประเภทขยะแล้วนำไปกำจัดได้อย่างถูกวิธี …

This essay discusses how four modernist poets portrayed the Danish movie star Asta Nilesen (1881-1972). German Hans Schiebelhuth (1895-1944) describes the "demonic" power of Nielsen's image to awaken dark aspects of his adolscent personality. For the Flemish poet Paul van Ostaijen (1896-1928), Nielsen's cinematic image provokes a radical shattering of language into extravagant "word-images." Danish writer Rudolf Broby-Johansen (1900-1987) linked Nielsen's image to a radical (Marxist) critique of oppressive sexual politics within a capitalist society. Advancements in technology have driven media convergence, paving the way for innovative storytelling formats like Transmedia Edutainment (TE-E), a new promising strategy for advocating prosocial behaviors. However, there is limited research on narrative processing and the persuasive outcomes of TE-E, particularly in environmental contexts. Therefore, this paper examines TE-E as a new communication strategy that leverages storytelling across multiple platforms to promote pro-environmental messaging. This paper examines the regulatory role of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) within the electronic delivery market in Poland, focusing specifically on the statutory competencies granted by the Electronic Delivery Act. The paper identifies significant limitations of the President of UKE’s current regulatory scope, by analysing these competencies and their alignment with Poland’s postal and telecommunications regulatory frameworks. The analysis reveals that the regulatory powers of the President UKE that concern electronic delivery services are narrowly defined, primarily covering oversight over tariffs, T&Cs, and operator designation, without broader supervisory authority or clearly articulated regulatory objectives. ปัจจุบันปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศของประเทศไทย จัดเป็นปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สำคัญและทวีความ รุนแรงขึ้นทุกขณะ โดยเฉพาะปัญหาฝุ่นละอองในพื้นที่ที่มีอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองหิน และโม่บดหรือย่อยหิน ดังนั้นจึงได้ดำเนินการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบของมลพิษทางอากาศต่อระบบหายใจของเด็กที่อาศัยใน พื้นที่ดังกล่าว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราชุกของอาการทางระบบหายใจและสมรรถภาพปอดของนักเรียน ศึกษาความเข้มข้นของฝุ่นละออง และวิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อค่าสมรรถภาพปอดของนักเรียน ในพื้นที่ที่มีอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองหิน และโม่ บดหรือย่อยหิน คือ โรงเรียนหน้าพระลาน อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัด สระบุรี เป็นพื้นที่ศึกษา และพื้นที่ที่ไม่มีอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองหิน และโม่ บดหรือย่อยหิน คือ โรงเรียนบ้าน โคกตูม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลพบุรี เป็นพื้นที่เปรียบเทียบ ด้วยวิธีการศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross sectional study) การศึกษานี้เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2545 ถึง กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2546 โดยดำเนินการตรวจวัดฝุ่นละอองภายในอาคาร ด้วยเครื่องวัดฝุ่นละอองแบบเคลื่อนย้ายได้ (รุ่น Grimm) และตรวจวัดฝุ่นละอองในบรรยากาศด้วยเครื่อง High volume air sampler โดยแน่งเป็นฝุ่นละอองรวม (TSP) และฝุ่นละอองขนาดตากว่า 10 ไมโครเมตร (PM ) ควบคู่ไปกับการเก็บข้อมูลความชุกของอาการ ทางระบบหายใจด้วยแบบสอบถาม ตรวจวัดสมรรถภาพปอดด้วยมาตรวัดอัตราการไหลของอากาศหายใจออก (Peak flow meter) ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3-6 ของโรงเรียนหน้าพระลานและ โรงเรียนบ้านโคกตูม จำนวน 371 และ 319 คน ตามลำดับ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โรงเรียนหน้าพระลานมีความเข้มข้นของฝุ่นละอองรวม และฝุ่นละอองขนาดต่ำกว่า 10 ไมโครเมตรเฉลี่ย 24 ชั่วโมงในบรรยากาศภายนอกอาคารอยู่ในช่วง 262.5-778.4 และ 77.7-393.7 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตรตามลำดับ มีความเข้มข้นของฝุ่นละอองรวมและฝุ่นละอองขนาดตากว่า 10 ไมโครเมตรเฉลี่ย 8 ชั่วโมงในอาคารอยู่ในช่วง 496.3-1,226.7 และ 322.8-691.3 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตรตามลำดับ ขณะพี่โรงเรียนบานโคกตูมมีความเข้มข้นของมีนละอองรวมและมีนละอองขนาด ตากว่า 10 ไมโครเมตรเฉลี่ย 24 ชั่วโมงในบรรยากาศภายนอกอาคารอยู่ในช่วง 48.7-126.4 และ 35.9-100.5 …

ทำการวิเคราะห์สารโพลีไซคลิกอะโรเมติกไฮโดรคาร์บอน (พีเอเอช) 16 ชนิด ในอนุภาคแขวนลอยทั้งหมด โดยใช้เครื่องเก็บตัวอย่างอากาศแบบปริมาตรสูงเก็บอากาศในกรุงเทพมหานคร ค่าความเป็นพิษของพีเอเอชแต่ละชนิดที่ได้จากบรรณานุกรมจะคำนวณให้เป็นค่าความเป็นพิษที่สัมพันธ์กับค่าความเป็นพิษ ของสารเบนโซเอไพริน และต่อมาคำนวณให้เป็นค่าความเข้มข้นของพีเอเอชนั้น ๆ สัมพันธ์กับค่าความเป็นพิษ เมื่อนำค่าความเข้มข้นที่สัมพันธ์กับค่าความเป็นพิษ กับปริมาตรอากาศที่หายใจ ระยะเวลาการได้รับสัมผัส ค่าการมีอยู่ทางชีวภาพ และน้ำหนักตัว สามารถคำนวณค่าปริมาณการได้รับสารต่อวัน โดยที่ปริมาณที่ ได้รับสูงสุดต่อวันเท่ากับ 6.81 นาโนกรัมต่อกิโลกรัมน้ำหนักตัวต่อวัน เมื่อใช้เวลา 12 ชั่วโมงต่อวันบนถนนเกษมราษฎร์ ความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดมะเร็งจากการหายใจพีเอเอชในผู้ใช้ถนน (ตำรวจจราจร คนขายของ และคนเดินถนน) คำนวณภายใต้สถานการณ์การได้รับสัมผัสต่าง ๆ ความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดมะเร็งสูงสุด เท่ากับ 2 คนเกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใช้ถนนหนึ่งล้านคนที่ใช้เวลา 12 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ตลอดระยะเวลา 30 ปีบนถนนเกษมราษฎร์ ความน่าเชื่อถือของผลการศึกษาขึ้นกับข้อมูลที่ป้อนมีความใกล้เคียงกับข้อมูลจริง เช่น ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเข้มข้นกับการตอบสนอง อัตราการหายใจ นาหนักตัว ฯลฯ

บทความนี้นำเสนอความรู้พื้นบ้านของมอแกน ซึ่งเป็นชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองที่เคยมีวิถีชีวิตเร่ร่อนในทะเล ที่มักจะรู้จักกันในนาม “ชาวเล” ความรู้พื้นบ้านคือชุดความรู้และความเชื่อของคนในท้องถิ่นที่สร้างสมพัฒนา และสืบทอดต่อ ๆ กันมายาวนาน เป็นความรู้ที่เกิดจากการสังเกต การทดลอง และการปฏิบัติในวิถีประจำวันโดยปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์และนิเวศท้องถิ่น มอแกนมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับทะเลและจังหวะของธรรมชาติเช่นน้ำขึ้นน้ำลงและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของคลื่นลมในแต่ละฤดู มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสร้างเรือและการเดินเรือ “ก่าบาง” ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในชีวิต และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพืชพันธุ์ในป่า วิถีชีวิตแบบพราน -นักเก็บหา -นักเดินเรือ ทำให้มอแกนมีการสร้างสมความรู้พื้นบ้านเพื่อความอยู่รอดแถบทะเลและชายฝั่งได้อย่างดี ความรู้พื้นบ้าน ระบบคิด และแนวปฏิบัติของมอแกนได้ก่อให้เกิดรูปแบบการจัดการและการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ คือ 1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสร้างและการใช้เทคโนโลยีหรือเครื่องมือที่เรียบง่ายนั้นไม่ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อทรัพยากรมากนัก เพราะเก็บหาได้เพียงพอแก่การยังชีพ 2) วิถีเร่ร่อน การโยกย้าย บ่อยครั้ง และการมีแหล่งอาหารที่หลากหลายในระบบนิเวศป่าและชายฝั่ง ทำให้เกิดการใช้พื้นที่หมุนเวียน สลับสับเปลี่ยนอยู่เสมอ จึงไม่มีทรัพยากรใดที่เสื่อมโทรมลงจากการใช้ที่ต่อเนื่อง 3) ความรู้พื้นบ้านเกี่ยวกับ สิ่งแวดล้อม ชนิดของสายพันธุ์ ถิ่นที่อยู่ และลักษณะเฉพาะของสิ่งที่ล่าหรือเก็บหา ทำให้มอแกนรู้จักใช้แหล่งทรัพยากรที่หลากหลายได้เป็นอย่างดี 4) วิถีพราน -นักเก็บหาแบบหาเช้ากินค่ำ ไม่สะสม เป็นทางเลือกที่ทำให้มอแกนล่าและเก็บหาเพื่อเพียงพอสำหรับการบริโภคในแต่ละวัน 4) ระบบคิดของมอแกนเน้น ว่าทุกคนสามารกจะเข้าถึงและเก็บหาได้ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติมิใช่เป็นของผู้ใดผู้หนึ่ง นอกจากนี้ สังคมของ มอแกนยังเน้นที่จริยธรรมของการแบ่งปัน ทั้งกับเพื่อนมนุษย์และกับสิ่งเหนือธรรมชาติ อย่างไรก็ดี ความรู้ เหล่านี้กลับไม่ได้รับความใส่ใจ และไม่ได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งในการ “จัดการ’’ ทรัพยากรยิ่งไปกว่านั้น มอแกนถูกมองว่าเป็นกลุ่มชนที่ด้อยพัฒนาและล้าหลัง ดังนั้น จึงควรพัฒนาขึ้นโดยการ รับสิ่งใหม่ๆ จากกายนอก ผู้เขียนได้สะท้อนในบทความนี้ว่า “การพัฒนา” ที่มีฐานคิดเช่นนี้จะทำให้มอแกนสูญเสียวิถีชีวิตดั้งเดิมรวมทั้งความรู้พื้นบ้านและแนวทางจัดการทรัพยากรที่ดำเนินมานับร้อยปี

การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียฟาร์มสุกรแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติและแบบถัง กรองไร้อากาศ เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการบำบัดน้ำเสียในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการบำบัดและประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียแต่ละระบบโดยดำเนินการตรวจวัดคุณภาพน้ำ 5 พารามิเตอร์ ได้แก่ COD, BOD, TKN, SS และ pH ตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งฟาร์มสุกร ผลของคุณภาพน้ำเสียจากฟาร์มสุกร ที่ใช้ระบบบำบัดแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศเทียบกับบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติ โดยค่าเฉลี่ย COD, BOD, TKN และ SS ของระบบบำบัดแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ขณะที่ระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติมีลักษณะเดียวกัน ยกเว้นค่า SS ที่มีค่าสูงกว่าค่ามาตรฐานเล็กน้อย เมื่อทำการทดสอบทางสถิติโดยทำการเปรียบเทียบระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติและแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศ พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการบำบัด COD, BOD และ SS ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) ในขณะ ที่ค่า TKN มีประสิทธิภาพการบำบัดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ทำการทดสอบ การลดค่าคุณภาพน้ำแต่ละขั้นตอนของการบำบัดพบว่า ระบบบำบัดแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศทุกบ่อของระบบมีการบำบัด BOD, TKN และ SS ได้อย่างมีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p<0.05) และมีการบำบัดน้ำเสียได้ดีขึ้น ยกเว้นบ่อ 5 ไปปอ 6 ที่บำบัด COD ได้ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) ในขณะที่ระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติบ่อ 2 ไปบ่อ 3 ค่า COD, บ่อ 3 ไปบ่อ 4 ค่า COD BOD SS และบ่อ 4 ไปบ่อ 5 ค่า BOD เป็นค่าที่บำบัดนาเสียในแต่ละปอช้างด้นบำบัดได้ไม่มี ความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) จากการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งกับค่ามาตรฐาน พบว่า การบำบัดน้ำทิ้งจากระบบบำบัดแบบถัง กรองไร้อากาศโดยเฉลี่ยได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทั้งหมดเช่นเดียวกับระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติยกเว้นค่า SS ที่มีค่าเกินกว่าค่ามาตรฐานน้ำทิ้งเล็กน้อย และเมื่อทดสอบทางสถิติโดยทำการ เปรียบเทียบค่าคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งในบ่อสุดท้ายของระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติและแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศ พบว่า ค่า COD ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) ในขณะที่ค่า BOD TKN และ SS มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้ำทิ้งในบ่อสุดท้ายแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า คุณภาพน้ำทิ้งในบ่อสุดท้ายของระบบบำบัดแบบถังกรองไร้อากาศมีการบำบัดค่า BOD TKN และ SS ได้ดีกว่าระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติ ในขณะที่คุณภาพน้ำทิ้งในบ่อสุดท้ายของระบบบำบัดแบบบ่อปรับสภาพตามธรรมชาติมีการบำบัดค่า COD ได้ดีกว่าระบบบำบัด แบบถังกรองไร้อากาศ จากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถเป็นแนวทางในการเลือกใช้ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียในฟาร์มสุกรได้

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูดติดผิวและการเคลื่อนที่ของเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมในน้ำใต้ดิน รวมไปถึงการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองในโปรแกรม HYDRUS2D ในการพยากรณ์การเคลื่อนที่ของเอกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมในน้ำใต้ดิน โดยทำการทดลองทั้งแบบกะ เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการดูดติดผิวเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมด้วยตัวอย่างดิน และ การทดลองแบบต่อเนื่องเพื่อศึกษาการเคลื่อนที่ของเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมในชั้นน้ำใต้ดิน ผลการทดลองแบบกะพบว่า ความสามารถในการดูดติดผิวเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมด้วยดินตัวอย่าง มีค่าสูงขึ้น เมื่อพีเอชลดลงสำหรับพีเอชในช่วงที่ศึกษา ส่วนผลการศึกษาไอโซเทอมของการดูดติดผิว เฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมโดยใช้ตัวอย่างดินพบว่า ความสามารถในการดูดติดผิวเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมมีความสัมพันธ์กับไอโซเทอมการดูดติดผิวแบบแลงมัวร์ สำหรับผลการทดลองแบบต่อเนื่องพบว่าเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมเคลื่อนที่ได้เร็วที่สุดที่พีเอช 8 รองลงมาที่พีเอช 6 และช้าที่สุดที่พีเอช 4 การทดลองแบบต่อเนื่องด้วยสารตามรอย พบว่าค่าสัมประสิทธิการกระจายตัวมีค่าเท่ากับ 10.26 X 10^-3 เซนติเมตร²/วินาที และหลังจากการเปรียบเทียบผลที่ได้จากการจำลองการเคลื่อนที่ของเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมโดยโปรแกรม HYDRUS2D กับผลการทดลองแบบต่อเนื่องพบว่า สามารถแบบจำลองพยากรณ์การเคลื่อนที่ของเฮกซะวาเลนท์โครเมียมผ่านชั้นน้ำใต้ดินได้ช้ากว่าผลการทดลองจริง โดยแบบจำลองสามารถพยากรณ์ได้ใกล้เคียงที่สุดที่พีเอช 6 รองลงมาคือที่พีเอช 8 หากจะนำแบบจำลองนี่ไปพยากรณ์ในสภาพจริง จะต้องมีการปรับแก้ค่าคงที่ของการดูดติดผิว
