With the rapid development of open-sourced models on Huggingface, there is a strong need for a way to systematically determine the similarity between models. More strongly, for intellectual property and organization, we need a way to determine the "lineage" of models. We borrow principles from Heavy-Tailed Self-Regularization and Random Matrix Theory to provide an inference-free method to accomplish this. We cluster a corpus of several model families by their spectral fingerprints and demonstrate that each model family occupies a distinct region in weight space. Knockout (or single game elimination) tournaments are a competition format widely used to determine a single winner from a pool of participants. However, the seeding, or the initial pairings set by the organizers of the tournament, can dramatically change each participant's probability of winning. This paper introduces stability as a property of tournaments. More specifically, a tournament is stable if no pair of players can be found such that they both wish to swap initial positions. This property is adapted from prior work on stable matchings and is therefore a well-defined structural property.

Detecting AI-generated images requires reasoning across multiple levels of evidence, ranging from low-level statistical artifacts to high-level semantic inconsistencies. Existing approaches typically rely on a single class of signals or emphasize complex multi-agent coordination, which limits robustness under distribution shifts and common image degradations. We propose a reliability-aware Mixture-of-Agents (MoA) framework that treats Vision-Language Model (VLM) agents and computational features as complementary experts and aggregates their predictions based on empirically calibrated reliability. Powwow dance is a form of Indigenous expression that combines movement, storytelling, regalia, and community values. Within competition powwows, dancers are evaluated through a highly subjective judging process that often lacks standardized criteria, creating challenges for consistency, transparency, and fairness. This work investigates whether a learning-to-rank framework can model subjective powwow dance preferences while remaining grounded in the cultural context of the practice. To support this research, a new dataset was constructed consisting of 19 Women's Fancy Shawl dancer profiles and 236 pairwise preference labels collected from experienced members of the powwow community. Data centers are essential to modern infrastructure, but are significant contributors to greenhouse gas (GHG) and related environmental challenges. Despite energy efficiency improvements, rising electricity demands driven by technologies like AI pose challenges to sustaining low-emission sector growth. Regulatory requirements mandate data center operators to report electricity use and emissions, yet current methods, particularly pertaining to indirect sources, remain insufficient. Motion capture technology is vital for achieving realistic movement in 3D animation, but industry-standard tracking suits and studios remain expensive and inaccessible for students, independent artists, and amateur filmmakers. The primary objective of this project is to design and implement a ROS2-based multi-agent robotic prototype capable of demonstrating aggregation and formation-control behavior in a controlled indoor environment. The project explores how multiple mobile robots can coordinate through decentralized interaction rules, peer state information, and namespaced ROS2 communication rather than relying on a single centralized controller.

The project began with theoretical study and MATLAB/Simulink simulation of artificial potential fields, singleintegrator dynamics, aggregation, desired-distance formation control, and obstacle-repulsion concepts. Biologics, protein- and peptide-based drugs derived from living organisms or cell lines have emerged as effective therapies across a broad range of indications. However, parenteral administration and the need for frequent dosing increase costs and limit compliance, creating an urgent need for innovative platforms capable of continuously, safely, and efficiently delivering sustained biologics in situ within the host. Here, we describe a bioengineered hookworm platform to manufacture and deliver biologic therapeutics in vivo. As proof of concept, we engineer the Ancylostoma ceylanicum secretome by inserting a human single-chain variable fragment antibody (s16-HuScFv) into its genome. Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) is a genetically determined causal risk factor for cardiovascular disease, with approximately 20% of the population exhibiting elevated levels. While there are promising drugs in development, there are currently no approved therapies specifically designed to lower Lp(a) levels. For high-risk individuals with extreme levels of Lp(a), liver-directed genome editing could be an effective one-time solution. Genome editing approaches such as CRISPR and TALENs can reduce Lp(a) in LPA-transgenic mouse models, but they frequently induce large and potentially harmful genomic deletions. Accurate Adaptive Aperture (AA) leaf positioning is essential for some proton therapy systems to ensure precise dose delivery and patient safety. However, conventional quality assurance (QA) methods can be suboptimal or inefficient for routinely assessing the dynamic nature of AA in the Mevion S250i HYPERSCAN system. This study introduces a novel automated QA method to verify AA positions utilizing a scintillation detector. A specialized QA plan consisting of 7 rectangular fields was generated in the RayStation treatment planning system (TPS) and delivered using the Mevion S250i HYPERSCAN proton therapy system. Background: Evaluating natural history and outcomes of rare inborn errors of immunity (IEIs) has been challenging due to the diverse disease manifestations and lack of standardized data.

Objective: To develop a set of standardized, quantitative, generalizable data collection modules to measure organ dysfunction in IEIs, modeled on the previously validated Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Event system for grading treatment toxicity.

Methods: Disease conditions were organized by organ system. Objectives: To develop OMERACT core domain sets for chronic and recurrent calcium pyrophosphate deposition (CPPD) disease and acute calcium pyrophosphate (CPP) crystal arthritis.

Methods: Following OMERACT methodology, the CPPD Working Group (comprising of patient research partners, fellows, clinicians, and methodologists) defined the core domain sets. The development of the core sets occurred through a scoping review, qualitative study, Delphi surveys, and ranking exercises to identify the most relevant domains. A virtual e-module was developed to enable members of the OMERACT community to discuss and vote for endorsement of the OMERACT CPPD core domain sets.

Background: Preeclampsia is a multifactorial, pregnancy-related disorder characterized by new-onset hypertension and proteinuria, with distinct early- and late-onset forms. Although complement dysregulation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, its causal role remains unclear. In mice, Crry (complement receptor 1-related protein Y) functions as a critical complement regulator at the fetal-maternal interface. Because complete Crry deficiency is embryonically lethal, direct in vivo investigation of complement activation in pregnancy has been challenging.

This article examines how adaptive leadership shapes the implementation of performance-based budgeting (PBB) in Texas municipalities. PBB has been promoted as a rational reform linking government spending to measurable results. Through qualitative interviews with two Texas city managers, this article explores how trust, education, and ethical stewardship influence whether performance information is interpreted as meaningful guidance or treated as a compliance task. The findings show that leadership behaviors, rather than measurement systems alone, determine the durability of performance reforms. Scalable fabrication of uniform perovskite films is a critical bottleneck for large-area perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs), hindered by coffee-ring formation and heterogeneous crystallization upon scaling. Here, we report a multimodal solvent-engineering strategy enabling highly uniform films via ambient blade coating combined with vacuum-assisted solvent evaporation. Experimentalists often use wind tunnels to study aerodynamic turbulence, but most wind tunnel imaging techniques are limited in their ability to take non-invasive three-dimensional (3D) density measurements of turbulence. Wavefront tomography is a technique that uses multiple wavefront measurements from various viewing angles to non-invasively measure the 3D density field of a turbulent medium. Existing methods make strong assumptions, such as a spline basis representation, to address the ill-conditioned nature of this problem. afterlife based on evidence from his notebooks and collected papers. Along the way, I explore important tenets of his philosophical thought more broadly, such as his notion of essence, his views on the essence of human beings, the nature of learning, as well as the sort of afterlife that Gödel conceived as the most rational.
