The purpose of this study is to observe the operational design, cognizance levels, complications faced and complete fulfillment of users regarding numerical resources in designated private university libraries in the state of Telangana. The study predominantly emphasizes on graduates, postgraduates, research scholars, and faculty members of Malla Reddy University and S.R. University. The study adopted quantitative descriptive design, and data were collected by means of a Google Form survey, resulting in 1796 legal valid responses. Problem: Physiotherapy research increasingly requires methodological precision and clinical relevance. Among available designs, the randomized crossover model offers distinct advantages by allowing each participant to serve as their own control, thereby reducing inter-individual variability and improving statistical efficiency. Purpose: This perspective article discusses how appropriately designed crossover trials can enhance the quality and interpretability of physiotherapy research when applied under stable clinical conditions and with adequate washout periods. Methods: Three representative crossover studies illustrate these principles across physiotherapy specialties. In musculoskeletal practice, manual therapy for thoracic pain demonstrated measurable reductions in paraspinal electromyographic activity following counterstrain compared with spinal manipulation. …

A Comparator-Free Architecture For Maximum Product-Exponent Detection Via Or-Bucketing, N/A, N/A

This publication describes a hardware architecture for floating-point dot-product arrays that performs exponent alignment using a comparator-free OR-bucketing topology. The architecture uses spatial unrolling to create a single-cycle, parallel-prefix logic tree that is purely combinational. The design exploits algebraic properties to cancel out exponent biases during alignment, which allows the primary timing path to remain completely unsigned and free of bias subtractors. By managing excess timing slack, the system supports various operating modes for artificial intelligence accelerators, including high-throughput and high-efficiency modes. Enterprise security environments have become increasingly complex due to hybrid work models, multiple access paths such as wireless local area network (WLAN), virtual private network (VPN), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), diverse device types, and evolving threat patterns. Modern firewalls and access platforms can consume contextual signals such as identity, device posture, time, and location, but commonly rely on static, rule-based enforcement and one-time access decisions. The described technology provides an automated platform for translating security policies from a source container orchestration system to a target container orchestration system. A universal intermediate representation, structured as a directed multigraph, captures security intents which are mapped to target-native primitives. Formal mathematical methods verify that the generated policies are equivalent to the original intents.
