This paper describes a distributed dual camera configuration that will collectively capture the exact scene visible to the eye in a distributed manner. The entire distributed dual camera configuration will consist of a dual distributed beam splitter configuration, a dual distributed camera configuration and a centrally located wall like light occluding structure. The containing dual distributed beam splitter configuration will have the capability to direct light rays from the scene onto the dual distributed camera configuration where the directed light rays will be collected in a distributed manner. During this distributed light ray capturing scenario, each camera configuration containing within …

The standard approach to overlaying text-to-speech (TTS) on background audio is to globally attenuate the volume of the background track and play the overlaid TTS. This approach degrades the user experience by uniformly stripping rhythm from the background audio. This disclosure describes an audio-mixing architecture that utilizes real-time audio source separation combined with dynamic spatial manipulation. Instead of attenuating the master volume, the incoming stereo audio is demultiplexed into distinct stems (e.g., vocals, drums). When a system audio event (such as a voice assistant speaking) is triggered, a mixing matrix is executed as follows. The vocal stem is ducked to …

Crfg‑1r — Caldwell Resonant Field‑Gate A Solid‑State Thermoacoustic–Vortex Heat Pump For Cooling And Heating Using Arachne Gyroid Stacks And Radiative Hot‑Side Dumping, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.
Defensive Publications Series
The CRFG‑1R is a refrigerant‑free, compressor‑free solid‑state heat pump capable of both cooling and heating by using a vortex‑optimized resonant cavity, a 3D‑printed Arachne gyroid thermal stack, a high‑frequency acoustic driver, and a radiative or fin‑based hot‑side exchanger to generate a stable temperature gradient inside a sealed gas chamber. Depending on configuration, the cold end can be used for space cooling while the hot end provides useful heat, or the system can be reversed or ducted to deliver heating. This disclosure provides the complete mechanical blueprint, materials list, build instructions, test protocol, and physics justification required to construct and evaluate …

Architecture Of An Ai Coaching Platform For Cohort-Based Executive Education, Peter Hirst
Defensive Publications Series
We describe the architecture of a deployed AI coaching platform for cohort-based executive education. A large-language-model coach conducts longitudinal, curriculum-grounded coaching conversations with program participants, while the platform converts those conversations into structured, persistent learning records — commitments, insights, confidence self-assessments, points of resistance, application plans — without forms or explicit data entry. We present the platform's design philosophy (dialogue over dashboards; measuring learning outputs rather than content consumption), its memory and context architecture, the curriculum grounding and pacing engine, peer-learning mechanisms including AI-staged consent-gated introductions and conversational peer review with reviewer-side coaching, a learner-owned synthesized "playbook" artifact, and a …

Refining Of An Online Rotator Cuff Related Pain Screening Tool (Orcs): A Mixed Methods Refinement Study, Andrew J. Smythe, Rhiannon Whale, Melanie Farlie, Peter Malliaras
Internet Journal of Allied Health Sciences and Practice
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to refine an online rotator cuff related shoulder pain screening tool. Method: A mixed methods item-refinement study was used. The original tool was designed through expert opinion and informal literature review. In this study the original tool was refined over three rounds of cognitive interviews totalling 39 participants. The screening tool consisted of two sections, red flag screening followed by rotator cuff related shoulder pain differential diagnostic items. Results from each round of interviews were summarised and informed a nominal group research panel review process to modify items and develop a finalised version …

Constructing Evidence And Epistemic Agency In Science, Katherine S. Misar
The Language and Literacy Spectrum
This microethnographic discourse analytic study uses an academic literacies theoretical lens to examine how a highly regarded urban high school biology teacher taught students to write from scientific data and positioned of students with epistemic agency using modeling instruction. Drawing on 6 lessons from one instructional unit over the course of two weeks; data sources include audio and video recordings, 30 transcribed literacy events, students’ written work, teacher interviews, case study student interviews, and photos. Participants included an experienced teacher and a student teacher using modeling instruction and 23 “accelerated” biology students in an urban high school. This study addresses …

Objectively And Subjectively Measured Physical Activity Levels Among Children And Adolescents In Poland (2012–2022): A Systematic Review, Jarosław Herbert, Vasylyna Petrovets
Baltic Journal of Health and Physical Activity
This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of research on physical activity levels among children and adolescents in Poland from 2012 to 2022, considering both objective and subjective assessment methods. A systematic review of the literature was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA reporting recommendations. PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar databases, as well as Polish scientific databases were searched. The review included studies published from 2012 to 2022, on children and adolescents aged 3–18 living in Poland, assessing physical activity levels using objective and/or subjective methods. This analysis of the selected studies showed that physical activity levels …

Influence Of Peak Height Velocity On The Level Of Motor Skills And Anthropometric Features In Young Male Footballers, Dariusz Tadeusz Skalski, Magdalena Prończuk, Artur Terbalyan, Kinga Łosińska, Adam Maszczyk, Robert Krzysztof Roczniok
Baltic Journal of Health and Physical Activity
Background: This study examines the influence of Peak Height Velocity (PHV) on motor abilities and anthropometric characteristics of young male football players aged 12–16. The research aimed to determine whether PHV significantly affects motor performance beyond the chronological age, providing insights for talent identification and training optimization. Materials and methods: A total of 248 male football players from four professional academies were assessed and categorized into three maturation groups: Pre-PHV (n = 95, 38.3%), Mid-PHV (n = 98, 39.5%), and Post-PHV (n = 55, 22.2%) Anthropometric measurements included height, body mass, BMI, and leg length, while motor tests …

Modeling And Analysis Of Restoration Control In Parallel Microsource Inverters: A Case Study, Sameer Bhambri, Vivek Shrivastava, Manoj Kumawat
Yanbu Journal of Engineering and Science
The paper suggests a method/strategy to compensate the deviations in the system frequency and output voltage, caused by an inverter output impedance, droop coefficients terms and amplifier gain in the RDC (robust droop control) model of single phase inverter. The compensation is acquired through adopting a TDC (transient droop characteristics) enabled droop control. The suggested technique, to achieve proportionate power sharing, nominal output voltage and frequency at steady state, is applied to a communication-less system of two parallel microsource inverters. The small signal model and eigenvalue analysis are used to characterize the virtual resistor selection criteria in the inverter control …
