International Journal of Exercise Science 18(3): 404-414, 2025. The age at which athletes compete at a high-level provides understanding of human physiology, development, aging and skill refinement. The Olympics, with high-level performances across events with differing metabolic demands, provide unique data for analysis of optimal performance age given the type of performance required. The aim of this study was to classify Olympic events from 1988-2024 into aerobic, anaerobic, mixed, or skill, and compare male and female athlete ages in each classification. After being kicked out of St. Stephens at age seventeen, he made a way for himself through small jobs until he landed a position composing for Austrian royalty, which is where many of his greatest works were born out of. The Kiteezi Landfill, located near Kampala, Uganda, exemplifies the severe environmental and health challenges arising from inadequate urban waste management. Established in 1996, the landfill was designed to handle the city's waste but has been operating beyond its capacity for years. By 2024, it had received between 1,500 and 2,000 tons of solid waste daily, far exceeding its intended limits by more than 200%. This study investigates the environmental and public health impacts of the Kiteezi Landfill in Uganda. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder is considered the primary reason for post-deployment divorces in the United States military (Lares & Lehenbauer, 2019). This study aims to assess cognitive behavioral couples therapy use to improve marital satisfaction among post-deployment military couples. To accomplish this, active-duty military couples will be given the couples satisfaction index, enrolled in either cognitive behavioral couples therapy or solution-focused brief couples' therapy for 12 weeks, and then given the assessment again to analyze the means of each group.

Background: The Psalms is a body of worship given to us by God, so comparing the Psalms to the CCLI top 100 will reveal differences between Psalms and how we worship nowadays. Deforestation, the permanent removal of forest cover to less than 10% of its original extent, has emerged as a critical global environmental and socio-economic issue. With over 420 million hectares of forest lost since 1990, primarily in tropical rainforests, its consequences are profound and far-reaching. This study examines the primary drivers of deforestation, including agricultural expansion, livestock farming, logging, mining, and urbanization, while analyzing its ecological and social impacts. Plastics, including microplastics, pose significant environmental threats due to their widespread presence and harmful ecological effects. This dissertation present three distinct, yet interconnected studies. First, a study on microplastic contamination in urban recreational parks was conducted in Al Ain, UAE. Results showed that low-density microplastics were present in 87% of soil samples, with FTIR analysis identifying synthetic polymers such as PE and PP. Additionally, these microplastics were found to negatively affect soil pH and moisture levels, emphasizing the need for enhanced monitoring and management strategies.
