Neutrosophic Systems with Applications

Graph Theory is a branch of mathematics dedicated to studying graphs, which depict relationships between objects through vertices and edges. A significant focus in this field is the study of contact graphs, where vertices correspond to sets, and edges represent intersections between those sets. To better model uncertainties in real-world situations, several graph types---such as fuzzy, neutrosophic, and Plithogenic graphs---have been developed. This paper investigates the concept of contact graphs within these frameworks, offering insights into their behavior under various uncertain conditions.

Graph theory explores networks composed of nodes (vertices) and their connections (edges). A graph class is a collection of graphs that share common structural properties, defined by specific rules or constraints. This paper examines various models of uncertain graphs, including Fuzzy, Intuitionistic Fuzzy , Neutrosophic, Turiyam Neutrosophic, and Plithogenic Graphs. In particular, this study focuses on Bipolar Graphs and Interval-valued Graphs, analyzing them within the frameworks of Fuzzy, Neutrosophic, Turiyam Neutrosophic, and Plithogenic Graphs.

Evaluating financial performance is essential yet challenging due to various factors, including ambiguity, insufficient information, and conflicting evaluation criteria. Conventional Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques often struggle to manage these complexities effectively. To address these limitations and enhance financial performance assessments, this research proposes an innovative approach integrating Single-Valued Neutrosophic Sets (SVNS) with established MCDM methodologies. SVNS uniquely manages uncertainty by concurrently quantifying degrees of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity within financial data. This research specifically employs entropy-based weighting methods integrated with Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methodologies in the SVNS environment to systematically rank enterprises …

The desire of sovereignty is deeply rooted in the history of the Balkans. From the battle of Kosovo in 1389 to the Bosnian War in the 90s there have been numerous instances of redrawing lines on a map and reclaiming land. This paper revisits one of the most recent separations, the one between Serbia and Montenegro in 2006, and explores implications the split had on each economy. More specifically, using a Bayesian Structural Time Series Model, we constructed a counterfactual series to investigate how Serbia and Montenegro would have developed economically had they remained a unified state after 2006. Poor implementation frequently impedes social protection delivery in low-state-capacity settings. In such environments, reducing managers’ information acquisition costs may improve their grasp of frontline issues and program performance. However, in the presence of managerial rent-seeking, increasing the principal’s information may be key, and doing so just for managers can backfire. To assess this trade-off and implications for program performance, we collaborated with two Indian states to randomly vary bureaucrat access to PayDash, a digital platform for real-time tracking of worker payment processing for the national rural workfare program. Many undergraduate students express an early interest in accounting, yet the actual number who later go on to matriculate into the profession is significantly lower. Despite efforts by educational institutions and the accounting industry to attract students to the profession, accounting programs experience high attrition rates. Using a survey-based approach, this research provides insights into factors that influence students to (1) enter university as declared accounting majors, (2) switch into accounting during their time at university, or (3) leave the accounting program. This study used ambient vibration data collected during a reconnaissance mission to assess whether harmonics between structures and the underlying soil played a significant role in the pattern of buildings that collapsed in the magnitude 7.5 Noto Japan earthquake on January 1, 2024, and the magnitude 6.2 to 7.0 Kumamoto Japan earthquake series that occurred between April 14 and 16, 2016. Portable seismometers were used to measure the natural soil and structural frequencies of vibration under ambient loading at sites in Wajima, a city located on the Noto Peninsula, and in four locations in and around Kumamoto City. JavaScript plays a crucial role on web. However, the inclusion of unknown, vulnerable, and malicious scripts on websites and in browser extensions and the use of browsers' developer tools often lead to undesired web content manipulations and data acquisitions. To restrict JavaScript operations on web content and data, we introduce a fine-grained, mandatory access control-based, and object-oriented permission system to browsers. Rapid temperature flips are sudden shifts from extreme warm to cold or vice versa–both challenge humans and ecosystems by leaving a very short time to mitigate two contrasting extremes, but are yet to be understood. Here, we provide a global assessment of rapid temperature flips from 1961 to 2100. Warm-to-cold flips favorably follow wetter and cloudier conditions, while cold-to-warm flips exhibit an opposite feature. Of the global areas defined by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, over 60% have experienced more frequent, intense, and rapid flips since 1961, and this trend will expand to most areas in the future. This doctoral capstone project was completed through partnership with GiGi’s Playhouse Nashville, a non-profit that offers free educational and therapeutic programming to individuals of all ages with Down syndrome. The focus of this project was to create and implement an entire semester worth of curriculum for two adult education classes, GiGi Prep and U. The goal of GiGi Prep was to enhance various career readiness skills, while GiGi U builds upon these skills to prepare an individual for real-world settings like independent living, college, and/or working a job. This doctoral capstone project was completed in partnership with BrightStone, with the shared objective of increasing independence for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In alignment with BrightStone’s values to empower the quality of life for adults with IDD where their choices and their voices matter, this project addressed the growing need to support their adults at all stages of life. Key outcomes included a daily living curriculum, adaptations to involve students in meal preparation and cleanup, staff training on fall prevention and recovery, and a functional skills progress tracker for residential home use.

La Ascensión, a town in Chihuahua, Mexico, was founded between 1871 and 1872 and represents a unique case of Mexican repatriation after the Mexican-American War. Its settlers underwent a double relocation, first from Doña Ana, New Mexico, in 1850 and again after the Mesilla Riot of 1871. While the Mexican government saw the town’s formation as a strategic emigration to modernize and defend the frontier, historical memory has largely overshadowed this foundational event, favoring the town’s role in the Mexican Revolution of 1910.
