This paper examines the symptoms, pathophysiology, genetics, prevention, and treatment of HAPE. It also includes a brief overview on its manifestation in children and the radiographic spectrum of the disease. This review also addresses some of the cases of high-altitude pulmonary edema. High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE), is a life-threatening condition where there is fluid accumulated in the lungs. HAPE is a condition where the effects are completely reversible, which is why it is crucial for patients to have adequate and timely treatment. Many higher education institutions have either banned or restricted the sale of disposable plastic water bottles to address environmental pollution and climate change. This project seeks to gather knowledge and data related to disposable water bottle consumption at Bryant University that can be used to provide recommendations for promoting reusable water bottle use on campus. Additionally, the project seeks to find out why community members choose single-use water bottles over reusables ones and how to make reusable water bottle use more attractive and accessible. This paper explored the psychological and emotional effects of traumatic grief, focusing on its impact on individuals who experienced sudden or violent loss. Traumatic grief is often linked to mental health conditions such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD), which can greatly affect a person's emotional and psychological well-being. The paper examined the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TFT) in treating these conditions, focusing on how these therapies address both trauma and grief at the same time. Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) are conditions that influence health outcomes. SDOHs are screened and addressed in many clinics and hospitals to reduce patients' social needs. Research indicates how unaddressed SDOH can negatively impact chronic illness, along with the daily life of pediatric patients. SDOH's role in pediatric patients includes food security, housing stability, access to healthcare, caregiver education, and parental mental health. Previous research has addressed these factors; however, the lack of staff education prevents effective compliance and follow-up on SDOH screening. Challenges remain in implementing and integrating SDOH into routine well-child visits. This scoping review will evaluate and …

This paper examined research into various strategies educational leaders can employ in order to retain teachers in their schools. Teacher retention has become an important issue in contemporary education as schools attempt to deal with a shortage of teachers. This teacher shortage puts a strain on student learning, the district, and the rest of the staff. By retaining teachers in the beginning stages of their careers, schools can combat the teacher shortage and reap the benefits of having more experienced and effective teachers in their buildings. This increased discussion stems from political controversies surrounding climate change and the rise in extreme weather events. This study explores the evolution of global warming discourse on Twitter, with a focus on the United States, United Kingdom, and India. This research used a dataset of historical tweets ranging from 2010 to 2023 containing the keyword "global warming." This paper provides an overview of the history of IPF as well as current diagnosis and disease progression. Several common etiologies and treatments for the condition of IPF will be covered in depth. General etiology categories include age, gender, race, smoking habits, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux diseases), viruses, and environmental factors. The current treatment strategies for IPF break into medications, therapy, and standards of care. Grasping all the different factors and management is vital for educating our patients, managing the symptoms, and improving the quality of life of our patients as they take on this challenging disease.

The persistent failure of punitive drug policies, exemplified by the Rockefeller Drug Laws, necessitates a critical re-examination of how society addresses drug offenses. For decades, New York State has been at the forefront of both the implementation of harsh drug sentencing laws and the subsequent development of innovative rehabilitation alternatives. The trajectory of this policy evolution reveals a profound shift in understanding the nature of addiction and the most effective approaches to reducing drug-related crime.
