School Leadership Review

As aspiring educational leaders, principal candidates must understand the widespread impact of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) in education. This qualitative phenomenological study explored the perceptions of aspiring educational leaders regarding Gen AI in academic research, highlighting the ethical concerns and challenges they perceive, revealing potential opportunities for AI integration in education, and assessing how these perceptions may influence their future leadership practices. Probiotics, known for its wide range of health benefits, have been gaining recognition on its effect on the gut-brain axis. This axis, operated via various pathways, can be modulated by the type and functions of probiotics found in the gut microflora. Lactobacillus are probiotics commonly found residing in the gut and have been extensively used in food for its health benefits. However, probiotics face several stress factors before reaching the gut which hinders it from being functional. Communication Research Trends

Media studies were born in the 1930s and 1940s with the popular assumption that film and broadcasting have enormous power to sway voters, shape the minds of children and direct public opinion. By the late 1950s, however, the cumulative research showed that the media, in themselves, are rarely the sole cause of aggressive behaviour, conversions or other personal changes. Media are definitely somehow influential, but media effects are a complex process mingled with the influence of family, friend groups, and the broader socio-cultural environment.
