This study investigates how individual factors—namely emotional intelligence, external locus of control, risk aversion, and financial literacy—affect the intention to invest in risky financial instruments in Indonesia. The research explores both the direct and indirect effects of these factors on risky investment intentions. Data were collected from 507 respondents through an online questionnaire. The findings indicate that emotional intelligence, external locus of control, and financial literacy positively influence the intention to invest in risky assets, while risk aversion has a negative effect. Accurate speech-to-text transcription is critical for Air Traffic Control (ATC) to en- sure safety and operational efficiency. However, existing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems struggle with domain-specific phraseology, high noise levels, and real-time constraints. This work explores domain adaptation strategies of OpenAI’s Whisper ASR model, applying Transfer Learning and Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) on ATC benchmark and a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) corpus. Experimental results show that fine- tuning significantly reduces Word Error Rate (WER) from 55.2% to 6.8%, yet WER alone fails to capture safety-critical transcription errors. Diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder, cocaine type (i.e., cocaine use disorder), outlined in the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, imply that the disorder arises, at least in part, from the maladaptive allocation of behavior to drug use. To date, however, the neural circuits involved in the allocation of behavior have not been systematically evaluated. Food Waste (FW) in urban households remains a serious issue as it contributes to economic losses, reduced dietary quality, and weakened food security. This study aims to identify the dominant factors influencing food management behavior, FW generation, and their implications for household food security in urban settings. A cross-sectional design was applied with urban households as the study population, and samples were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) within the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Nudge Theory. The results indicate that attitude (β = 0.42; p < 0.01), subjective norm (β = 0.31; p < 0.05), and perceived behavioral control (β = 0.36; p < 0.01) significantly influence intention toward food management. Furthermore, intention strongly predicts actual food management behavior (β = 0.55; p < 0.001), which subsequently reduces FW (β = –0.47; p < 0.001). Reduced FW positively affects both food expenditure efficiency (β = 0.39; p < 0.01) and energy intake adequacy (β = 0.34; p < 0.05), two critical indicators of urban household food security. Behavioral factors play a crucial role in reducing FW and strengthening food security in urban households. Therefore, behavior-based interventions using TPB and Nudge Theory are recommended to be integrated into food education programs, household assistance, and urban food security policies to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.

Reversing a half decade in gains, the all-land average value in Nebraska declined for the year ending February 1, 2025, averaging approximately 2% lower than the prior year. Figure 2 summarizes these figures and trends along with the percent changes over the preceding year’s all-land average for the eight districts in the state.

Rates of decline were the highest in the Northeast and Southeast Districts, as these areas averaged 3% lower for the all-land average. These Districts trended slightly similar to the state's rate of decrease of 2%. The South and Southeast District also averaged 2% lower.

This study assessed the seagrass resources regarding species community structure and diversity using a transect-quadrat design along the intertidal coastlines of selected towns of Surigao del Sur. The current paper analyzes the steric sea level (SSL) variability over the Red Sea (RS) and linked it with climate modes namely, North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) and East Atlantic West Russian (EAWR) patterns using a reanalysis dataset. Long-term (1993--2015) profile temperature and salinity data acquired from Simple Ocean Data Assimilation (SODA) was used to compute the SSL. The results show that the SSL is out of phase comparing to the total sea level, which may reduce fluctuations of water level within the sea. Efficient berth allocation remains a critical challenge in Red Sea port operations, particularly given the diverse operational capabilities across the region's ports. The research utilized historical operational data from 147,892 berth allocation instances across these ports spanning 2019--2023. A deep learning model was developed using four dense layers with ReLU activation functions, incorporating vessel characteristics, weather patterns, and operational constraints.
