This document describes systems and methods for asymmetric video streaming that can address challenges associated with delivering high-resolution content over limited-bandwidth networks. A server-side system can analyze a high-resolution source video to generate a low-resolution base video stream and a separate metadata stream containing content-specific generative instructions. A client device, for example, a smartphone, smart television, or other computing device, can receive both streams and use the metadata to guide an on-device generative process, for instance, on a neural processing unit, to reconstruct a high-resolution video. A memory controller implementation for efficiently mitigating row hammering attacks in multi-channel memory systems is disclosed. The implementation addresses memory module architectures in which an alert signal pin of the memory module is shared by multiple module sub-channels. In this implementation, when the shared alert signal indicates a potential row hammering event, the memory controller stalls traffic to the memory module and transitions it to an idle state. The implementation reads status registers on the memory module to identify the affected sub-channels. Converting standard dynamic range (SDR) to high dynamic range (HDR) content relies on computationally intensive ML models and heavy graphics processing unit (GPU) image processing. These requirements present barriers to implementation on mobile devices. Instead of treating spacetime as a geometric vacuum expanding via dark energy, we model the universe as a continuous, two-dimensional (2D) viscoelastic phase fluid substrate operating at a resonant baseline ($z=0$). Three-dimensional (3D) baryonic matter emerges as localized, high-tension wave crests ("knots") projected vertically along a spatial z-axis, tethered directly to zero-volume antimatter anchors on the substrate's underbelly. Despite increasing analytical sophistication, empirical research in organization studies continues to suffer from fragile inference, uneven theoretical accumulation, and contested credibility. This paper seeks to explain why these problems persist by shifting attention from authors’ methodological choices to the evaluative dynamics of peer review. Adopting a conceptual and theory-analytic approach, the paper theorizes peer review as an inferential gatekeeping system. Drawing on research design, theory evaluation, and philosophy-of-science literatures, this study develops an analytical framework to examine how evaluative routines shape what constitutes empirical rigor during the review process. Purpose: Heterozygous pathogenic variants in AXIN2 (HGNC 904) cause oligodontia-colorectal cancer syndrome (ODCRCS). We identified five individuals with de novo, heterozygous variants (NM_004655.4:c.196G>A p.(Glu66Lys), c.197A>G p.(Glu66Gly), and c.199G>A p.(Gly67Arg)) in AXIN2. Common phenotypes among these individuals included ectodermal dysplasia, global developmental delay, microcephaly, and limb, ophthalmologic, and genitourinary abnormalities.

Methods: Structural modeling was performed to predict the impact of these variants on AXIN2. A prime editing N1 screen of mouse embryos was performed to test whether the p.Glu66Lys variant produces a phenotype. Drosophila models were used to test the effect of this variant on Wnt signaling.

Transvaginal cervical cerclage remains a central strategy for preventing spontaneous preterm birth in appropriately selected pregnancies. Although decades of research have clarified which patients benefit most from cerclage, substantial heterogeneity persists in pre-, intra-, and postoperative management. This article, the first in a series on cerclage technique, synthesizes the evidence guiding preoperative decision-making. Cerclage is classified by indication as history-indicated cerclage, ultrasound-indicated cerclage and physical examination-indicated cerclage. History-indicated cerclage is recommended for patients with ≥3 prior early spontaneous preterm births or second-trimester losses < 28 weeks, prior ultrasound-indicated cerclage with delivery at< 32 weeks, or prior physical examination-indicated cerclage; twin gestation alone is not considered an indication. Ultrasound-indicated cerclage should be considered in singletons without prior spontaneous preterm birth with transvaginal ultrasound cervical length ≤20 mm and is recommended in singletons with prior spontaneous preterm birth when cervical length is ≤25 mm before 24 weeks' gestation; in twins, it may be considered when cervical length ≤15 mm before 24 weeks' gestation. Physical examination-indicated cerclage is recommended in singleton or twin gestations with asymptomatic cervical dilation ≥1 cm before 24 weeks' gestation. Timing varies by indication: history-indicated cerclage is typically placed at 12 to 14 weeks' gestation and is not urgent, whereas ultrasound-indicated cerclage and physical examination-indicated cerclage are usually performed between 16 and 23 6/7 weeks' gestation in response to cervical changes, ideally within 72 hours and 24 hours of diagnosis of short transvaginal ultrasound cervical length or dilated cervix, respectively. Preoperative evaluation should include a detailed anatomic ultrasound examination and appropriate genetic screening. Routine urogenital cultures are not indicated in the absence of symptoms. Amniocentesis is not recommended for history-indicated cerclage or ultrasound-indicated cerclage but should be considered before physical examination-indicated cerclage to evaluate for intra-amniotic infection. Adjunctive management remains variable. Progesterone is recommended for a short cervical lenght < =25mm before 24 weeks. Outpatient cerclage appears safe, with no clear benefit to routine inpatient management. Perioperative indomethacin and antibiotics are likely unnecessary for history-indicated cerclage but may be considered in ultrasound-indicated cerclage and are suggested for physical examination-indicated cerclage.

Low nitrogen (N) content remains a key limitation of compost derived from urban organic waste. This study evaluated the effectiveness of selected plant-based organic amendments in enhancing nitrogen content and improving compost quality. Four plant- based organic amendments, Leucaena leucocephala (BN01), Commelina benghalensis (BN02), Morus alba (BN03), and Helianthus annuus (sunflower) cake (BN04), were incorporated into market waste compost at ratios of 1:0.06:0.04, 1:0.06:0.25, and 1:0.06:0.5 (organic waste: sawdust: amendment).
