This study explores the future of the Arab media industry from 2024 to 2034 in light of the increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It identifies key media sectors likely to be affected by AI—such as content creation, news production, editing, and audience engagement—and proposes strategies for effective implementation. The study employs a descriptive survey methodology grounded in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data were collected via an electronic questionnaire from a purposive sample of 264 respondents across 18 Arab countries, including academic elites and media professionals working with Arab media institutions. The aims of this study were to determine the possible cross-resistance and horizontal gene transfer associated with halquinol in Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp. from pigs. Two of each E. coli and Salmonella isolates exhibiting low halquinol MIC (8 and 16 µg/ml, respectively) and susceptible to antibiotics tested were selected for in vitro stepwisehalquinol exposure experiment. Another E. coli (n=19) and Salmonella (n=6) isolates with high halquinol MICs (16-64 and 32-64 µg/ml, respectively) containing plasmids were used for transferability testing of halquinol resistanceencoding gene(s) using filter mating method. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in language learning in vocational high schools, focusing on the experiences of teachers and students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data are collected through observation and interviews. Vygotsky's constructivism theory is used as a basis for understanding how AI supports independent and interactive learning. The results show that AI improves students' speaking and listening skills through automated feedback and enables personalized learning. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat adopsi Artificial Intelligence (AI) di kalangan dosen Universitas Terbuka (UT) menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh dosen UT, dengan 172 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kesediaan berpartisipasi. Mengacu pada teori Diffusion of Innovations dari Rogers (2003), dosen dikelompokkan dalam kategori Innovators, Early Adopters, Early Majority, Late Majority, dan Laggards berdasarkan skor adoption rate. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas dosen UT berada dalam kategori Early Majority (37%) dan Late Majority (32%), menunjukkan adopsi yang moderat terhadap AI. The growing need to integrate information from many diverse sources poses significant scalability challenges for data integration systems. These systems often rely on manually written schema mappings, which are complex and costly to maintain. While recent advances suggest that large language models (LLMs) can assist in automating schema mapping, key challenges remain. We motivate future research in schema mapping generation by highlighting key challenges, presenting a competitive bidirectional schema matching pipeline, and exploring the limitations of current methods for generating more complex mappings.

Past research has found that identity cohesion (how integrated multiple identities are) is a protective factor that moderates the relationship between intersectional microaggressions and mental health outcomes. Individuals with higher identity conflict (multiple identities clashing) had anxiety and depression symptoms that could be predicted by the distress they experienced from intersectional microaggressions. For those with high identity cohesion, this was not the case. While compelling, the question remains, what are the factors that contribute to identity integration versus identity conflict? B complex vitamins, a group of eight water-soluble vitamins, play interconnected roles in maintaining nervous system health. Thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), and niacin (B3) are essential as co-enzymes in numerous metabolic reactions related to energy production. Thiamine is involved in the Krebs cycle, riboflavin in the electron transport chain, and niacin plays a key role in both glycolysis and the Krebs cycle. Because gaming disorder (GD) often co-occurs with depression, understanding how both disorders work together enables clinicians to better treat individuals with GD–depression comorbidity. The extant literature on GD–depression comorbidity is unsystematic and contradictory, with some studies suggesting depression predicts GD but not vice versa, some claiming GD predicts depression but not vice versa, and some proposing a bidirectional relationship between the two. The goal of this narrative review is to explore and organize these findings to establish a holistic and coherent conceptual framework that explains how GD co-occurs with depression.
