Integration testing in continuous integration/development environments produces large volumes of logs containing many errors and warnings, many of which are benign or unrelated. Identifying the specific error causing a test failure amidst this noise is a major challenge for developers seeking efficient and accurate debugging. This disclosure describes techniques that leverage large language models (LLMs) to automate and abstract root-cause analyses for test failures. Some systems for detecting fraudulent user-generated content (UGC) can be siloed and reactive, analyzing individual pieces of content or account metrics in isolation, which may leave them susceptible to coordinated campaigns spanning multiple services. A system and method are described that can construct a unified cross-service behavioral graph to address such challenges. This graph can ingest and correlate metadata from user activities across disparate services, for example, productivity, payment, and communication platforms, to identify precursor signals that may be indicative of fraudulent intent. Moderation systems for local business platforms may have difficulty identifying certain types of financial fraud, such as overcharging or fake deposit scams, because of challenges in validating monetary claims found in user-generated content (UGC). A disclosed method can address this potential limitation by synthesizing two different data streams. A system can use technologies, for example natural language processing and computer vision, to extract unstructured financial claims and pricing information from UGC, which may include content such as text reviews and photos of menus or receipts. Rapid loss of native shrubs and expansion of invasive annual plants like cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum) have altered North American shrub-steppe systems across extensive areas. Predators, like Aquila chrysaetos (Golden Eagles) that forage on shrub-reliant prey, may abandon historically occupied territories or increase their territory size to cope with degraded habitat. We used a multi-season Bayesian occupancy model that accounted for imperfect detection to investigate the associations between landscape cover, fire history, conspecific neighbor density, and occupancy of 36 A. chrysaetos territories in southwestern Idaho and the Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area, USA from 1986–2022. The Wnt pathway is an evolutionarily conserved signaling cascade that regulates a wide range of fundamental cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, polarity, migration, metabolism, and survival. Due to its central regulatory roles, Wnt signaling is critically involved in the pathophysiology of numerous human diseases. Aberrant activation or insufficient inhibition of this pathway has been causally linked to cancer, degenerative disorders, metabolic syndromes, and developmental abnormalities. Wnt signaling drives cancer progression by reprogramming metabolism and promoting immune evasion. Wnt-driven tumors exhibit enhanced aerobic glycolysis (the Warburg effect), glutaminolysis, and macropinocytosis, which support rapid proliferation and help maintain redox homeostasis under nutrient-limited …

This dissertation focuses on Korean older adults and their experiences with widowhood and health issues in later life. Specifically, it examines the associations between stressful life events, such as recent widowhood and poor health, and depressive symptoms. It then further explores if intergenerational relationships and social support mediate the distressing consequences of these stressful life events. Burnout is a pressing concern among counselors-in-training (CITs), threatening not only their well-being but also the quality of services they provide. Guided by Self-Determination Theory (SDT; Deci & Ryan, 2000; Ryan & Deci, 2017), this study investigated the relationships among basic psychological needs satisfaction (BPNS), autonomous motivation (AM), and burnout in a national sample of CITs enrolled in Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) accredited counseling programs. Thompson-Miller & Picca (2016) and Feimster (2023) argued that enslaved African American women, and even free African Americans after the Civil War were victims of non-consensual sexual activity and rape. The NISVS report revealed that before the age of 18 years old, 35.5% of African American women experienced contact sexual violence, 29.5% experienced non-contact unwanted sexual encounters, and 20.7% experienced rape (Basile et al., 2022). This study investigates how organizations in the baking industry use social media to engage with consumers. Social Exchange Theory was applied to understand the dynamics in online interactions. A content analysis of the social media accounts for Insomnia Cookies, Lady M and Cake Bar was done for the months of January 2024 through March 2024. The platforms analyzed were Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube. Engagement was measured through likes, comments, shares and sentiment analysis. Shape memory polymers (SMPs) offer unique opportunities for engineering responsive medical devices that can adapt to changing anatomical environments. However, most SMP-based systems are limited to uniaxial deformation which restricts their ability to conform to complex geometries found in soft tissue applications. Emerging adults report the highest rates of alcohol use, with drinking patterns varying by sex and education level. Few studies have explored how these factors relate to the attainment and progression of alcohol use milestones. The current study addresses this gap by examining the associations between sex, education level and alcohol use milestone progression and attainment in emerging adults. Secondary data analyses were conducted using National Epidemiological Survey on Alcohol and Related Conditions-III (NESARC-III) data (N = 36,309, Mage = 45.63 [SD = 17.53], female = 56%, 53% White, 21% Black, 19% Hispanic and 2% Multiracial).
